More than 200 responses to a survey gauging the community's interest in veterans events and services were gathered.

The post gauged interest in future memorials, parades and improvements in veteran services in the city and received 231 responses, mostly from non-veterans, on its nine-question survey.

"I'm hoping to learn what the community thinks," post commander Wendy L. Berger Wood said. "I want to see what the community thinks. We asked some open-ended questions about ideas, and at the meeting, I'm looking forward to discussing those ideas."
