Year after year, Kiwanis Fellows holds its annual Mustang Raffle, which is their largest fundraiser, supporting the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Fellowship program at Doernbecher Children's Hospital. These funds help to power thousands of hours of research and treatment as Kiwanis Fellows search for cures for cancer.

"I truly believe that the research that Kiwanis Fellows are doing will help bring an end to children's cancer."

– Dr. Dana Braner, Physician-in-Chief, Doernbecher Children's Hospital
