by: CONTRIBUTED - Morgan Brice WilliamsPortland Police Bureau and Gresham Police Department robbery detectives are asking for the public's help in locating a suspect known as the "Short Stack Bandit," identified as 25-year-old Morgan Brice Williams. A federal grand jury has indicted Williams for bank robbery and there is an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

Williams is believed to be responsible for multiple Portland Metro area bank robberies since October 2013, including one in Gresham, according Portland police.

Williams is described as a white or Hispanic male, 5-feet, 9-inches tall, 170 pounds, with short brown hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone seeing Williams should not approach him but should immediately call 9-1-1.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest in this case, or any unsolved felony, and tipsters can remain anonymous.
