A home was burglarized between Thursday, Jan. 18, and Saturday, Jan. 20, police say.

Sometime between Thursday, Jan. 18, and Saturday, Jan. 20, a home was burglarized. Among the items taken was a .50 caliber Grizzly rifle, similar to the one shown in the accompanying photograph. The rifle was in a black plastic case with the "Grizzly" logo on the side.

The rifle is capable of firing extremely powerful rounds that could potentially go through heavy-duty commercial glass, cement walls, vehicle engine blocks and body armor. Police warn a shot could even go through multiple houses at once.
