Register for free dance camp

Gotta dance? Girls and boys ages 7-12 can sign up for a free week-long dance camp from June 18-22. The classes in jazz and hip hop will be held from noon to 2 p.m. at the Rosewood Initiative, 16123 S.E. Stark St.

Teens make funky paper bag notebooks

Artists will show teens how to recycle paper shopping bags into cool journals at a free workshop.

Personalize the books with stamps, colored pens and art. The class runs from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, April 28, at the Fairview-Columbia Library, 1520 N.E. Village St. Call 503-988-5123.

Kids mental health day coming in May

The Native American Rehabilitation Association of the Northwest is sponsoring a children's mental health awareness fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 19, at 620 N.E. Second St. in Gresham.

Traditional Native American games, storytelling, face painting and lunch are offered. Call 971-274-3757.
