The day of service took place Saturday, April 28, at the park, 219 S. Main Avenue. Organizers had those who took part working on different sections of the park, including weeding invasive species, spreading new bark, and planting trees, shrubs and flowers.

The Green and Clean event continued Gresham's push throughout the month to celebrate local parks and trails.
