The following information is from the public records of the Gresham Police Department:


-- Samuel Gene Moray, 21, Gresham, was arrested at 9:34 a.m. Saturday, April 21, in the 2700 block of West Powell Boulevard for menacing and physical harassment.

-- At 5:29 p.m. Saturday, April 21, Scarlett Darlynne Thompson, 21, Portland, was arrested near the intersection of Southwest Highland Drive and West Powell Boulevard for attempting to elude while driving a motor vehicle, unauthorized use of a vehicle and a pair of warrants.

-- William Michael Green, 42, Troutdale, was arrested at 6:39 p.m. Saturday, April 21, in the 1300 block of Northwest Eastman Parkway for fourth-degree assault and physical harassment.

-- At 8:52 p.m. Saturday, April 21, Franklin Fischer Toney, 23, Clackamas, and Frank Sydney Golding, 48, Gresham, were both arrested near the corner of Southeast 182nd Avenue and Southeast Stephens Street for warrants.

-- Stephen James Fry, 32, Portland, was arrested at 9:17 p.m. Saturday, April 21, in the 17000 block of Southeast Powell Boulevard for assault, interfering with a police officer, attempting to elude while driving a motor vehicle, criminal mischief, assaulting a public safety officer, distribution of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and a pair of warrants.

-- Wayne Brian Baldwin, 57, Warrenton, was arrested at 9:39 p.m. Saturday, April 21, near the intersection of Northwest Sixth Place and Northwest Birdsdale Avenue.

-- At 1:19 a.m. Sunday, April 22, Gerardo Calderon Garcia, 27, Vancouver, was arrested in the 230 block of Southeast 181st Avenue for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

-- Anne Guei, 23, transient, was arrested at 2:59 p.m. Sunday, April 22, in the 900 block of East Powell Boulevard for second-degree criminal trespassing.


-- Parkside Apartments, 2831 S.E. Palmquist Road, reported at 1:35 p.m. Saturday, April 21, that someone had stolen more than $1,300 of tools.

-- At 5:55 p.m. Saturday, April 21, Wing Stop, 2001 N.E. Burnside Road, reported that someone had stolen $50 of food.

-- At 1:44 p.m. Sunday, April 22, Canton Pearl, 18140 N.E. Halsey St., reported someone had broken into the business. In addition to the estimated $1,000 of damage, the report shows that $1,750 in cash was stolen, as was more than $1,400 of documents, consumable goods and electronics.
