Community members enjoy Strawberry Short Course fun activities, music, food and gifts

OUTLOOK PHOTO: CHRISTOPHER KEIZUR - A young visitor to the MHCC Stawberry Short Course Festival meets its tallest attraction. The day was filled with family-friendly activities, food, music, gifts and interactive learning opportunities. There was a rock climbing wall, a meet-and-greet with the Corbett Critters Community Club, salmon fishing, brewing Kombucha, planetarium shows, advice on health, self-improvement and business and finance, yoga, strawberry shortcake cupcakes by Tollgate Inn Bakery and much more.

Organizers estimated about 1,000 people attended the festival, which was made possible by MHCC staff, students and community members who contributed their time.
