Man stabbed in Gresham
A 68-year-old man was stabbed in the chest when Gresham police said he confronted a group of Native American men who were "causing a disturbance."
Gresham police said the stabbing happened at 8:14 p.m. in the 1200 block of Northeast 23rd St., according to a KOIN 6 news report an Outlook media partner. They didn't offer details on what disturbance sparked the confrontation, but they did say a suspect in his late teens to early 20's was last seen leaving the area on foot.
The man is stable, according to police.
