Gresham police seek witnesses to hit-and-run
The Gresham Police Department is searching for anyone who witnessed an apparent hit-and-run.
Officers responded to a collision involving a car and a pedestrian on Northeast Hogan Drive south of Stark Street around 9:21 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 21, according to a news release.
Police say the pedestrian was "seriously injured" and that the driver of the vehicle fled the scene.
The suspect vehicle is described as a black four-door sedan last seen moving southbound on Hogan Drive. Police say the male pedestrian was "not in a crosswalk" when he was hit. He was transported to an area hospital.
