There's a llama in the library
Mt. Hood Community College students studying in the school's library got a surprise Thursday when a llama and an alpaca strolled in for a visit.
Rojo the llama and Napoleon the alpaca spent a couple of hours Thursday morning, Nov. 1, so students could snap photos with the pair and get a study break.
The animals came courtesy of Mtn Peaks Therapy Llamas & Alpacas, Woodland, Wash. The therapy animals help all kinds of people in difficult situations. They calm children with autism, help stroke victims recover and other folks who need a furry friend.
