COURTESY PHOTO: JUDE AND STELLA'S MOM - Come buy some lemonade on Saturday, Aug. 3, and help these kiddos fight childhood cancer. Two Gresham children are hosting a lemonade stand Saturday to rise funds to fight childhood cancers.

Jude, 6, and Stella, 5, will sell refreshing lemonade from 11:30 to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, at the Corner of Binford Avenue and Butler Road in Gresham.

The caring duo hopes to raise $400.

They are working with the national organization Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. The group, raises money for research and better treatments and cures for childhood cancers.

The foundation was started in the name of Alexandra Scott, who was diagnosed with neuroblastoma when she was an infant. Alex had her first lemonade stand to "help other kids" at age 4. She and other pint-sized lemonade vendors raised more than $1 million by the time of her death at age 8.

If you can't make it to the stan on Saturday, you can donate here:
