Non-credible social media threat means more patrols to make students feel safe

PMG FILE PHOTO - Non-credible threat sent extra police to Gresham High School Monday, Oct. 7. There will be extra officers patroling at Gresham High School Monday morning after a threat was made on social media, KOIN 6 news reported.

Gresham police said the threat was not credible but officers will be around to help students feel safe on Monday, Oct. 7.

The threat was made on Snapchat and someone made a screenshot that police said circulated in the high school community.
