Should MHCC replace the outdoor pool dome?
Mt. Hood Community College wants to know what people think about replacing the cover for the outdoor pool at the college's popular Aquatic Center.
The college is having three pubic meetings to get input, starting on Tuesday, Oct. 29.
The pool cover has outlived its usefulness and the college said it is "hosting a series of community input sessions to develop awareness about the needs of the Aquatic Center, gather feedback on whether or not to replace the outdoor pool cover, and brainstorm funding strategies."
The first meeting is 1-3 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29, in room 144 at the college's Maywood Park Center, 10100 N.E. Prescott St.
There are two more meetings, both in the Town and Gown Room at the main MHCC campus at 26000 S.E. Stark St. The first is 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5 and the second 9-11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 9.
The Aquatic Center is at the main campus.
