Explore electronic reading through library
A world of literature awaits East Multnomah County at just the touch of a button thanks to a partnership between local libraries and digital literature services.
The Digital Bookmobile visited Gresham Library Wednesday, Nov. 6, to help promote the myriad of electronic reading options available to anyone with a valid Multnomah County library card.
The unique traveling exhibit, hosted by OverDrive, has been making stops across the United States and Canada, offering an interactive reading experience with e-books and audiobooks. Even if you missed visiting the bookmobile, you can still check out electronic books. You can download choices 24/7 by visiting multcolib.overdrive.com or by downloading the Libby app.
The literature available spans across all genres, and can be read via phone, tablet or computer.
For more information, or if you need help using or downloading the e-books, visit your local library for assistance.
