ARRESTS

— Yohance Badru Belt, 34, transient, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, in the 16200 block of Southeast Stark Street for second-degree disorderly conduct.

— Maksim Pavlovich Chuprinskiy, 22, Gresham, was arrested at 6:53 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, at the intersection of Northeast Division Street and Northeast Cochran Avenue for driving with a suspended or revoked license.

— Martina McNeel, 49, Gresham, was arrested at 11:13 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, in the 4700 block of West Powell Boulevard for improper use of 911 and disorderly conduct.

— Joseph John Solomon, 37, transient, was arrested at 1:08 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, in the 1650 block of Northeast 18th Street on a warrant and possession of methamphetamine.

— At 1:36 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, Ryan Alexander Hixon, 21, transient, was arrested in the 18000 block of Southeast Stark Street on warrants for second-degree escape, possession of methamphetamine, and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

— Koby Ryan Bradley, 27, Gresham, was arrested at 7:09 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, in the 2700 block of Southwest 17th Place for physical harassment, resisting arrest, strangulation, fourth-degree assault, menacing, unlawful use of a weapon, and physical harassment.

— At 9:02 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, Derwain Lapearl J. Anderson, 41, Portland, was arrested at the intersection of Northeast Halsey Street and Northeast 181st Avenue for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

— Sandy Lee Santee, 29, Gresham, was arrested at 2:40 a.m. Friday, Nov. 1, at the intersection of Northeast Burnside Road and Northwest Fairview Drive for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.

— Juan Carlos Silva Luna, 25, Gresham, and Christian Luna-Hernandez, 25, Portland, were arrested at 6:51 a.m. Friday, Nov. 1, at the intersection of Northeast Burnside Road and Northeast Hogan Drive. Silva Luna was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants, aggravated harassment, reckless driving and second-degree criminal mischief, while Luna-Hernandez was arrested for interfering with a police officer

THEFTS

— A Gresham couple reported at 3:18 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, that someone stole more than $100,000 worth of items from their home in the 2300 block of Southeast Keller Avenue.

— At 9:42 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, Green Mountain Fire, 21951 S.E. Stark St., reported someone stole more than $2,000 and narcotics from the business.

— Plaid Pantry, 590 E. Powell Boulevard, reported at 10:44 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, that someone stole $11 of alcohol.

— At 5:55 a.m. Friday, Nov. 1, Thelan Louis Delmazo, 30, transient, was arrested at the 711, 1825 N.E. Division St., for third-degree theft, resisiting arrest, interfering with a peace officer and a warrant for violating a parole.
