Gresham Station is going to start looking more like the North Pole next month when Santa and Mrs. Claus pay multiple visits to the shopping complex.
Merry Mondays will feature an opportunity for local families to enjoy free visits and professional photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, complimentary hot cider or cocoa, Christmas Carolers, a reindeer selfie station, pop-up holiday bookstore from Maggie Mae's Kids Bookshop with story time at 6 p.m. and so much more.
Merry Mondays run from 4-8 p.m. Dec. 2, 9, and 16. The events will be held in the retail space at the corner of Northwest Civic Drive and Northwest 12th Street.
The Christmas cheer at Gresham Station will conclude with Santa bringing real-life reindeer for a visit from 2-6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, and Sunday, Dec. 15.
Human helpers will be on hand to answer questions about the amazing reindeer, and Santa and Mrs. Claus will take photos with children.
As part of the holiday fun, Gresham Station will have opportunities for visitors to donate to SnowCap Community Charities' Fill-A-Bag event, which helps restock the shelves at the local food pantry. People can either donate food or make a financial contribution.
