The following information is from the public records of the Gresham Police Department:


-- At 6:08 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, Collin La Porte Hoover, 58, transient, was arrested at the corner of Southeast 223rd Avenue and Southeast Ankeny Street for first-degree criminal mischief related to vandalism.

-- At 1:33 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, Charles Ben Cody Cisco, 48, transient, was arrested in the 17700 block of Northeast Sacramento Street for second-degree criminal mischief, unlawful entry into a vehicle, and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

-- Benny Wayne Samples, 64, Gresham, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, at the corner of Northeast 181st Avenue and Northeast Halsey Street for a warrant and possession of heroin.

-- At 4:57 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, Shawn A. Montgomery, 38, Portland, was arrested after allegedly stealing $278 worth of merchandise from Winco Foods, 2511 S.E. First St. Montgomery faces a second-degree theft charge.

-- Hans Guenter Wulf, 46, Tigard, was arrested at 10:19 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, at the intersection of Southeast Stark Street and Northeast Linden Avenue for driving with a suspended or revoked license.

-- Herman Lee J. Wilson, 30, transient, was arrested at 1:54 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, in the 18400 block of Northeast Couch Street for unauthorized use of a vehicle, reckless driving, attempting to elude, third-degree escape and interfering with a police officer.

-- At 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, Marcus Robert Linberg, 37, Gresham, was arrested in the 500 block of Southeast Seventh Street for violating a restraining order and first-degree criminal trespassing.

-- At 6:32 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, Leshia Ann Weekes-Hart, 59, Gresham, was arrested in the 110 block of Southeast 165th Avenue for violating a court protective order.

-- Nicholaus Anthony Costello, 34, Gresham, was arrested at 12:09 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15, in the 3100 block of Northeast 13th Street for resisting arrest, third-degree escape, and a warrant.

-- Mark Edward J. Hardy, 34, Portland, was arrested at 1:07 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15, in the 450 block of Northeast 181st Avenue for driving with a suspended or revoked license.

-- Spencer Kyle Ankeny, 29, Gresham, was arrested at 4:58 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15, at Fred Meyer, 2497 S.E. Burnside Road, for third-degree theft, first-degree criminal trespassing and a warrant.

-- At 6:41 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15, Abigail Essie Paul, 43, Hillsboro, was arrested in the 1250 block of Northeast Eighth Street for first-degree criminal trespassing, aggravated harassment and assaulting a public safety officer.

-- At 7:06 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15, Jack Gradis, 21, Gresham, was arrested at the intersection of East Powell Boulevard and South Main Avenue for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

-- Anthony Scotty Tyrrell, 32, transient, was arrested at 9 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15, after allegedly being linked to the vandalism of city of Gresham vehicles in the 5000 block of West Powell Boulevard. Tyrrell was arrested for third-degree criminal mischief and a pair of warrants.

-- At 11:18 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15, Craig Allen, 47, Gresham, was arrested in the 1920 block of East Powell Boulevard for resisting arrest and a warrant for resisting arrest.


-- At 3:45 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15, Gresham officers investigated reports an 18-year-old Gresham resident was the victim of domestic violence in the 400 block of Southeast Hogan Road.

-- A 53-year-old Gresham woman reported at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15, she was the victim of identity theft.


-- At 11:12 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15, the city of Gresham reported someone had vandalized its property in the 2300 block of Southeast Palmquist Road.


-- Wolcott Plumbing reported at 8:32 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, that someone had stolen more than $900 of tools from a work vehicle parked in the 970 block of Southeast 182nd Avenue.

-- At 12:16 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, a Gresham resident reported someone had stolen more than $2,500 of musical instruments, household goods and other items from their home in the 1420 block of East Powell Boulevard.

-- Mid K Beauty, 2017 N.E. Burnside Road, reported at 12:24 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, that someone had stolen products from the business.

-- A Gresham resident reported at 2:29 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, that someone had stolen her cell phone in the 17200 block of East Burnside Street.

-- A Gresham woman reported at 5:47 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, that someone snatched her purse while she was walking near the corner of Southeast 162nd Avenue and Southeast Stark Street.

-- At 4:09 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, a Gresham resident reported their home in the 1420 block of East Powell Boulevard had been burglarized. Reportedly more than $1,300 of collectibles, tools, household goods and more was taken.

-- A U-Haul vehicle, valued at $2,000, was reported stolen at 12:54 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, from U-Haul, 704 N.E. Hogan Drive. About an hour later the business reported $3,000 of tools had also been stolen.

-- At 2:51 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, a Gresham man reported a $7,000 trailer filled with heavy construction equipment had been stolen while parked in the 1020 block of East Powell Boulevard.

-- At 3:31 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, two bicycles, valued at $1,100, were stolen from a home in the 210 block of Southeast 188th Avenue.
