The event began at 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 30, in the Gresham Center for the Arts Plaza, 488 N.E. There also were musical performances by local groups and schools.

The 2019 Spirit of Christmas was sponsored by Advantis Credit Union, the Gresham Area Chamber of Commerce, Riverview Community Bank, Gresham Ford, Office Depot, Clackamas County Bank, The Outlook, Weston Kia, MetroEast Community Media and more.
