Fairview resident Dave Todd is in the middle of his two-year term as Portland Rose Festival plans its comeback next year

His wife, Kathleen, is also pictured at his side.It was a festive sight in Fairview Village Saturday morning when Portland Rose Festival Foundation dignitaries and members of the Royal Rosarians and the Portland Rose Society descended on the neighborhood to honor Rose Festival President Dave Todd.

Todd, a resident of the village, is in the midst of a two-year term as Rose Festival president.

On Saturday, a ceremonial rose bush was planted in front of his home on N.E. Chinook Way.
