Man killed in Centennial neighborhood shooting
A 34-year-old man was shot and killed in the Centennial neighborhood last weekend.
At 5:22 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 7, Portland Police Bureau East Precinct officers found George Edward Rowe IV dead in the 2300 block of Southeast 148th Avenue. After preliminary investigations were focused on a possible hit and run, the Oregon State Medical Examiner's Office later ruled the death as a homicide by gunshot.
The victim also went by Tylor Rowe, and his family has been notified of his death. The investigation into the homicide is ongoing.
