Reynolds School District, in collaboration with the Center for Educational Effectiveness (CEE), have developed a new interactive Strategic Plan and Results dashboard.
The dashboard not only displays different metrics from academic and school climate that align to the district's 5-Year (2021-2026) Strategic Plan, but also includes Educational Effectiveness Survey Perception data and Oregon Healthy Teen Survey data.
Storylines around the data are included to provide community awareness around how the district is progressing towards meeting its strategic plan goals and metrics.
The interactive dashboard displays both current metrics regarding student achievement on STAR assessments, ninth grade on track and four-year cohort graduation rate, as well as the predicted metrics that are needed to meet the Superintendent's Goal Progress Monitoring Measures (GPMs) and the school board's Student Outcome Goals (SOGs).
"We worked diligently with our community to create a vision and strategic plan for the district, but that was just the beginning," said Danna Diaz, Reynolds' Superintendent of Schools. "We look forward to sharing our story on how we are working together with families, teachers, students and partners to turn schools in our district into high performing schools." Community members are invited to review the New Strategic Plan and Results Dashboard and provide feedback by going to the district's website and searching for Strategic Plan and Results Dashboard.
