Lariat Lane, Boring, is also coming to a close, but there are two concerts left and tickets are still available.

"The Mt. Hood Center Summer Concert Series is one of many events that we host in order to give the community a safe and fun place to gather," said center marketing director Sarah Slusarick. "We plan to become a venue for Boring, Gresham and Sandy residents to regularly enjoy live music in our many rentable spaces."

Besides concerts, Mt. Hood Center has also hosted several community bazaars, equestrian events and the newest community farmer's market: the Boring Market. They also rent out their spaces, from the ballroom to the arena to the meadow, for private and public events, and are working to build out a cafe on site which will hold weekly musical performances on Thursday.
