Paving Gresham

The city of Gresham road crews were hard at work over the summer, paving 25 lane miles to improve access for 851 properties across the city.

Gresham's 2022 work came to a close three weeks early in the latest "Hitting the Streets," summer roadway reconstruction program. The work took place in the Centennial, Gresham Butte, Kelly Creek, North Central, Northeast, Northwest, Powell Valley, Rockwood, and Southwest neighborhoods.

Road lifespan is affected by the weather, traffic volume and maintenance efforts to preserve the surface as long as possible.
