But seriously, fall is a great time to get back in shape if you have slacked off and a great time to stay in shape if you have kept with your program. Here are some tips from The Gym to make this fall inspiring for you!
Get a new pair of shoes. New shoes can put a skip in your step, assist in ball, arch and heel support, as well as traction, while preventing tired feet, legs and back. Those new shoes will help your body to feel energized. How long have you had them, anyway?
To go with those new shoes, arch support socks! Yes, they are a thing. GetÂ arch support socksÂ or inserts toÂ keep those arches from aching and draining your energyÂ while working out.
Drink lots of water to stay hydrated. If you don't drink enough our body and its organs don't function at optimum level, which limits your ability to exercise intensely and keeps you from losing weight. Headaches, low energy sleeping problems and dizziness can result from being dehydrated.
Keep it fun! Find a cool class, work out with friends, try something new! You will do it if it is fun. Maybe you will do it if it isn't fun, but probably not.
Get fit for you! You will feel better and be better so you are doing it for everyone else, too.
