U.S. Sen. Ron Wyden, a member of Oregon's Congressional Delegation, will hold a town hall for constituents from 3:30 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 8, at Cornelius Elementary School.
The meeting, held at 200 N. 14th Ave. in Cornelius, is one of eight upcoming town halls for the longtime Democrat, who sits on the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and was among the lawmakers to question former FBI Director James Comey in June after his firing by President Donald Trump.
Wyden also sits on committees related to taxation, budget and finance, as well as energy and natural resources.
According to a Wyden spokesman, the Senator will answer questions from visitors for about 90 minutes but does not have a set agenda for the meeting.
Wyden is scheduled to attend a second Washington County town hall at 12:30 p.m. on Aug. 9 at Hazelbrook Middle School in Tualatin.
