The rating is the fifth time in a row the hospital has received the rating, according to LeapFroh Safety guide.

Tuality Healthcare has received an "A" rating this year in the Spring 2018 LeapFrog Hospital Safety Grade.

The rating is the fifth time in a row the hospital has received the rating.

"All of us at Tuality are committed to providing the highest standards of safety for our patients, their families, and our employees," said Lori James-Nielsen, president of Tuality Healthcare. "We are honored to once again be recognized by the LeapFrog Group, and applaud our staff for their exemplary quality of care for those we serve."

The LeapFrog Hospital Safety Grade scores hospitals on how safe they keep patients from errors, injuries, accidents, and infections. The rating uses national performance measures, the Leapfrog Hospital Survey, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the American Hospital Association's Annual Survey and Health Information Technology Supplement.

Taken together, those performance measures produce a single letter grade representing a hospital's overall performance in keeping patients safe from preventable harm and medical errors.
