Dog injured in Hillsboro mobile home fire
Firefighters rescued a dog from a burning mobile home in northeast Hillsboro on Friday morning, Aug. 9, according to Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue.
The fire agency said crews from Hillsboro Fire & Rescue and Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue responded to reports of a manufactured home fire in the 8300 block of Northeast Quatama Street, where the Creekside of Hillsboro mobile home park is located.
A Washington County sheriff's deputy took the dog to a local emergency veterinarian for follow-up care after it received treatment at the scene, TVF&R said.
