The grants are available to nonprofit arts and culture organizations serving Hillsboro, as well as other organizations or individuals with an arts and culture component or partner.

Since 2008, HACC has awarded more than $460,000 in grant funding to support local arts and cultural programs in to the greater Hillsboro community, the city said in a statement.

The grants can help fund anything from community performances, exhibits and festivals to after-school opportunities or website development and graphic design, consultant fees or core operating support for arts and culture organizations based in Hillsboro.

Guidelines and applications for both "project grants" and "core support grants" are available in English and Spanish online.

Applications are due by 5 p.m., Feb. 26.
