This week's calls include: a 'fam scam,' a vehicle stolen while warming up, and peanut butter on a patrol car.

Monday, Dec. 6

A traffic stop for equipment violations near Northeast Elam Young Parkway and 53rd Avenue turned up two wanted felons. The two men were lodged for their outstanding warrants.

A woman in the 200 block of Northwest Forest Street was the victim of fraud after she was made to believe a family member was in danger and gave money to the unknown suspect.

Tuesday, Dec. 7

A man was involved in a vehicle crash near Northeast Veterans Drive and Northeast Brookwood Parkway. When officers ran his ID, they discovered he had an outstanding warrant for first-degree rape. The male was lodged on his warrant.

A man was arrested near Northeast Second Avenue and East Main Street and lodged on multiple warrants.

Wednesday, Dec. 8

A victim had their vehicle stolen out of the driveway in the 1600 block of Southeast Maple Street as it was warming up.

The passenger of a white Honda SUV cut the catalytic converter off a Ford van in the 6200 block of Northeast Cherry Drive and left the area.

Thursday, Dec. 9

A 1997 Nissan truck was stolen in the 100 block of Southeast Third Avenue.

A man was called in as a DUII and he was stopped near Northeast Wilkins Street and Trailwalk Drive.

Friday, Dec. 10

A woman was arrested near Southeast 10th Avenue and Oak Street for disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and violation of a release agreement after she was seen jumping into traffic and smeared peanut butter over a police patrol car.

A man was arrested for domestic assault and violation of a release agreement after he assaulted his elderly mother in the 700 block of Northeast Autumn Creek Way.

Saturday, Dec. 11

A man was arrested in the 600 block of Northeast Adwick Drive after he exposed himself. He has also stolen multiple items from homeowners and had multiple outstanding warrants.

A stolen 2002 Ford F250 was was recovered in the 6900 block of Southeast Madison Street and returned to the registered owner.

Sunday, Dec. 12

A person reported that their storage unit in the 500 block of Northwest 185th Avenue was broken into sometime in the last two weeks.

A man was arrested near Southeast Tualatin Valley Highway and Cornelius Pass Road for hit-and-run along with reckless driving and assault after he was speeding eastbound on Tualatin Valley Highway and intentionally ran a red light at Cornelius Pass Road.
