McMenamins Cornelius Pass Roadhouse hosts second Wassail Cider Fest this Saturday.

It's a cider party in the Octagonal Barn.

The second incarnation of the Wassail Cider Fest at McMenamins Cornelius Pass Roadhouse takes place Saturday, Jan. 20, from 2 to 9 p.m.

In the British tradition of Wassail — a salutation wishing good health to all — guests are encouraged to dress festively in Charles Dickens-esque outfits.

Try dozens of ciders made by McMenamins and other local makers. Participating cideries include Portland Cider Company, 2 Towns Ciderhouse, Pear Up Cider, ^5 Cider, Woodinville Ciderworks, Edgefield Cider, 1859 Cider Co., Alter Ego Cider, Bad Granny Gard Cider, Eden Valley Orchards, Finnriver Farm & Cidery, Reverand Nats Hard Cider, Tumalo Cider Co., Wildcraft Cider Works, Cider Riot, Woodbox Cider Co., Bauman's Cider, 12 Bridge Ciderworks and Seattle Cider Co.

Falcon Heart will provide live music, and join in a parade with singing to "toast" the apple trees. Commemorative glass and tasting tokens can be purchased online or at the event. Advance tickets are $21; $24 day of event. Tickets include a keepsake glass and 10 tasting tokens.

McMenamins Cornelius Pass Roadhouse is located at 4045 N.E. Cornelius Pass Road, Hillsboro.
