Kelly is rehabbing from a fractured wrist he suffered last month. He joined the Hops in their 3-2 loss at Eugene July 25, going 0-for-3 with a sacrifice fly.

The 2012 Westview High School alumnus spent roughly six season in the minor leagues. He made his major league debut with the St. Louis Cardinals in 2017 and was traded to Arizona in 2018 as part of a deal for first baseman Paul Goldschmidt.

Since being acquired by Arizona, Kelly has batted .244 with 31 home runs in the major leagues.

Before his injury, Kelly was batting .260 with eight home runs and 26 RBIs in 50 games this season for the Diamondbacks, who are in last place in the National League.
