Technology has made an amazing impact in the way we do business. We can now sign papers with a mouse, and email instead of seeing people. We may text our clients and other agents many times during a transaction. Now, COVID has caused us all to do business remotely more than ever, but buying and selling real estate is genuinely different. Even with technology, the simplest transaction isn't really simple.
