The Children’s Developmental Health Institute, a nonprofit organization that provides therapy to children with developmental disabilities, recently received a donation of $1,500 from Windermere Cronin & Caplan Realty Group, Inc.

The CVHI will dedicate the funds to scholarships for children from low-income backgrounds.

Windermere has a longstanding tradition of assisting low-income families and giving to the community. In addition to helping the CDHI, the Windermere associates participate in annual community service projects and donate a portion of every commission to the Windermere Foundation, a nonprofit organization that has raised more than $1 million for programs that support low-income and homeless families in the Portland metro and north Oregon coast areas.

Windermere agents and staff throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington took the day off June 21 to volunteer for a variety of causes in the community. This community service day is a company-wide Winderemere tradition that dates back to 1984.
