Company has doubled its footprint four times in past five years
Logical Position is already reaping the benefits of a building renovation to its headquarters in Lake Oswego.
The three phases of construction will conclude in October, transforming three floors and 19,000 square feet of the entire building. The renovation allowed LP to hire 30 more positions this summer.
Bright colors, modern art and contemporary furnishings are infused into an open floor plan constructed by Arciform LLC, with Tony Palazzo, LPs vice president of operations and marketing, serving as construction and design project manager.
Highlights include a fully functional gym with locker room, privacy room for nursing mothers, 14 flat screens, a breakroom with kitchenette and a cafeteria, set up to double as a training and event space for education, presentations and Xbox competitions.
Wireless video and sound integrated throughout the building will allow LPs four satellite offices to participate in company meetings and training sessions.
Not only did we need more elbow room to fit our ever-changing needs, the goal of the remodel was to improve the experience our employees have within the spaces they spend a large portion of their day in, Palazzo said. Details like bigger desks, comfortable couches and a game room all play into that.
LP purchased the headquarters, known as the Arneson building, in 2012. From its inception, LPs office spaces have been unable to house the companys exponentially fast growth.
This is the companys fourth new office in five years doubling its footprint four times over the past five years.
LP is a digital marketing agency offering pay-per-click marketing, search engine optimization and website design. Headquartered in Lake Oswego, it runs additional offices in Las Vegas and Chicago.
