Ready for a fresh new look for spring? Does your wardrobe need an update?

The style experts at The Difference have just the approach you need to refresh your wardrobe. Whether you want to update your look or find a style that is unique to you, The Difference can help.

For 34 years, The Difference has helped women find their best in coloring, lifestyle and fashion. Through a personal consultation, style experts take into consideration a person's likes, dislikes, age, lifestyle, career, personality, colors and more, and from there develop a style plan which allows clients to achieve the look they wish. The style experts teach the clients how to how to shop efficiently and avoid hanging costly mistakes in the closet.

Pam Magnusson, one of the style experts, explains how easy it is to create an image you desire.

"My passion is helping women learn to dress to express themselves, to dress in a way they want to be perceived," she said. "You just feel more confident when your clothing and accessories present the image you want."

The experts begin by helping clients identify the colors that like them, and show them how to build a cohesive wardrobe. The store's product line has been tailored to meet the needs and wants of women, to help them create a polished look that works for every occasion.

"Every piece should work with the rest of your wardrobe," Magnusson said.

The Difference staff believes color can make a statement, bring a refreshing change to each season and highlight positive personal features.

But the image update doesn't stop at the perfect wardrobe. The style experts can help you with hairstyle, skincare and makeup, and accessories.

The Difference was founded by Cheryl LeDoux; she has since sold the business but continues on as the lead stylist.

"My clients have come to me to help them 'find themselves' in a way that's true to their personalities," she writes on the website, "If you're feeling like you've outgrown a style or need to move on from a specific look, I'll help you make a transition without losing who you are at heart."

Style experts at The Difference also include Magnusson, Laurelie Heider, Daron Deonier and Karen Herrema. Nicole Cameron is a style apprentice and Amy McLaughlin is director of First Impressions.

Magnusson has always loved fashion, and in fact was a client of LeDoux before she was recruited to be a style expert for the company.

"So I'm very comfortable with teaching people about The Difference," she said. "Ever find yourself in a panic over the exact right thing to wear for a big upcoming event? Clients often call on me when they're short on time and ideas for looking their best at fundraisers, family weddings and other milestone occasions."
