SUBMITTED PHOTO - Rain Spark Gallery artists Margaret Joyce (from left), Jani Hoberg, Gerry Foote and Shelly Dulcia-Laiche prepare to reopen the gallery in Lake View Village. Rain Spark Gallery will be open at least through February.

Rain Spark Gallery, the pop-up art gallery that brightened the holiday season at Lake View Village in downtown Lake Oswego, will reopen Jan. 25 and continue to offer works by 35 local professional artists at least through February.

An opening reception will be held from 3-7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 25, and the artists will be available to talk about their work. Guitarist Maria Olaya will play from 5-7 p.m.

"This gallery is unique in that each artist is chosen for their talent, unique quality artwork and their integrity," said Jan Rimerman, one of the artists in the group. "These professional artists show in galleries, museums and special exhibitions worldwide. There are investment pieces for your new condo, as well as something whimsical and perfect for that last-minute hostess gift. It's a pleasant place to stop in for a few minutes to browse while waiting for that dinner reservation or to spend time chatting with one of the artists."

Rain Spark Gallery is located in Lake View Village at 310 N. State St. in downtown Lake Oswego, next to Sur la Table. Gallery hours are Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m.-7 p.m.; and Sunday, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Learn more online at
