Willamette Falls Symphony presents concert

Willamette Falls Symphony will present a concert featuring the winners of its Member Concerto Competition Feb. 18 at 3 p.m. at Oregon City United Methodist Church, 18955 South End Road in Oregon City. Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for students and seniors; children under 12 accompanied by an adult are admitted free.

Slick's Big Time BBQ plans fundraiser Feb. 11

Slick's Big Time BBQ is hosting a fundraiser for Living Water International, a nonprofit which advocates for safe, clean water globally. The event will take place from 2 to 6 p.m. Feb. 11 at Slick's Big Time BBQ, located at 9425 S.W. Commercial Circle, suite 14 in Wilsonville. Rogerson Clematis Collection to hold special event

The Friends of the Rogerson Clematis Collection will hold a members only event from 10 a.m. to noon Feb. 17 at the garden, at Luscher Farm, 125 Rosemont Road in West Linn. Non-members can attend for $5.

Presenter Karen Davis, the former director of Luscher Farm, will share history of the farm and its transition from land-grant property to mid-century dairy to its unique status as one of the nation's few "farm parks."

The garden curator will then discuss the Heirloom Garden and how plants are selected for it, including clematis, roses and more.
