Sept. 21 (noon) — Attend the Arts Council of Lake Oswego's Lunch and Learn presentation by artists Jesse Taylor and Sharon Warman Agnor, at the Arts Council offices, 510 1st St., Lake Oswego. The event is free, bring a sack lunch. Desserts and beverages will be provided.

Sept. 21 (5 to 8 p.m.) — Brats, Beer and Bingo fundraiser at Lake Oswego Adult Community Center, 505 G Ave., Lake Oswego. Admission is by $35 donation, which includes hot-off-the-grill brats, sauerkraut, German potato salad, your choice of wine or craft beer, three bingo cards and prizes. Call 503-635-3758 for tickets.

Sept. 21 (6 to 9 p.m.) — Attend a Night with Ferrari at Oregon Wine Reserve, 600 N. State St. Lake Oswego. This event features wine tasting of Ferrari Carano Napa Valley wines, sparkling wines from Ferrari in Trento, Italy and Ferrari sports cars from Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo. Kim Stafford, Oregons ninth poet laureate, will hold a reading and writing event Sept. 22 at Lewis & Clark College.

Sept. 22 (9:30 to 11 a.m.) — Attend Easily Pleased By a Few Words: A Reading and Conversation with Kim Stafford at South Chapel on Lewis & Clark College Graduate campus. Bring a notebook and join Oregon's ninth poet Laureate for a reading, conversation and brief practice exploring ways to scribble down stories, spells and blessings. Free.

Sept. 22 (11 a.m. to noon) — Adelsheim Vineyard's Saturday Seminar: The Pinot Family Tree at the tasting room, 16800 NE Calkins Lane, Newberg. Learn the history of some of the world's most popular grape varieties, how new varieties come to exist and discover the relationships between you know and love. Sept. 22 (noon to 2 p.m.) — Chinese Moon Festival Banquet hosted by NW Veg at Yuan Su Restaurant, 11140 SE Powell Blvd., Portland. This eight course vegan meal starts with an appetizer and pumpkin soup, followed by an array of six off the menu dishes. Cost is $29 per person. Sept. 25 (5:30 p.m.) — Hear Jeffrey Toobin, one of the country's most esteemed experts on politics, media and the law, present the 10th annual Justice Anthony Kennedy Lecture Series at Lewis & Clark College's Law Campus. Free.

Sept. 26 (6 to 8 p.m.) — Muscles in Motion will hold the biggest health fair in Lake Oswego as part of the National Women's Health and Fitness Day. The event features personal training workouts, health assessments, samples, food and wine, prizes and grab bags. It's all free.
