Tony Starlight at Lakewood March 6

The Tony Starlight Show opens live at Lakewood Center for the Arts, 368 S. State St., Lake Oswego, March 6 with a 7:30 p.m. show. Starlight will present a variety show capturing the spirit of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Bobby Darin, Gene Autry, Elvis Presley and other performers. 'Peter and the Wolf' set for March 10

Arts Council seeks ideas for gateway art

The City of Lake Oswego, through the Arts Council of Lake Oswego, is seeking proposals for a commissioned public art gateway at Highway 43 and Terwilliger Boulevard. This project will produce a public artwork to define the northeast gateway or entrance to Lake Oswego. It will be a boundary marker as people cross from one place into another, will invoke a sense of place and be associated with the identity of Lake Oswego.

Designers' Garden Tour set for June 22

The 14th annual Designers' Garden Tour is set from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 22. The Association of Northwest Landscape Designers hosts the self-guided tour of seven gardens.
