MusicPortland was founded in 2015, with a conversation of local music community leaders.
Growth in Portland was making it harder and harder to make music, play music, produce music and create music.
Conversations continued, resulting in everyone committing to the simple idea of making Portland a better place to make or support the making of music.
MusicPortland seeks to support and grow the uniquely diverse and independent music scene by bringing all players together to collectively sustain the local treasure.
The organization was incorporated in 2017 as a 501(c)(6) industry association. The conversation and vision for MusicPortland is still developing and needs all voices of the music community.
Tickets for the concert are $20 each or $100 for VIP seating for four closest to the stage. Order online at online.
Doors open at 6 p.m.; the show starts at 7 p.m.
