Race for third City Council seat tightens in Lake Oswego
BREAKING NEWS: Daniel Nguyen and John Wendland appear assured of seats on the Lake Oswego City Council, but the race for the third open seat gets tighter with each update of this week's election results.
On Election Night, incumbent Councilor Jackie Manz led Massene Mboup, executive director of the International Leadership Academy, by 153 votes. By Friday afternoon, that advantage had dwindled to only 60.
Here are the unofficial results as of 5 p.m. Friday; the totals do not include write-in votes or minor-party candidates. The next update is scheduled for 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 13.
