ACCIDENTS

4/26 3:36 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 16200 block of Bryant Road. No one was injured.

4/27 12:43 p.m. Two vehicles collided near Kruse Way and Carman Drive. An injury was reported.

4/28 8:24 p.m. An accident was reported near McNary Parkway and Morningview Circle. It was unknown if anyone was injured.

4/29 4:49 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 16300 block of Boones Ferry Road. No one was injured.

4/30 9:38 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 15500 block of Village Park Court. No one was injured.

5/2 9:40 a.m. A hit-and-run accident involving a street sign was reported. No one was injured.

5/2 10:43 a.m. A vehicle hit a parked car near Galewood Street and Quarry Road. No one was injured.

THEFTS

4/27 11:39 a.m. A laptop was stolen from an unlocked vehicle near the 400 block of A Avenue. 4/28 8:42 p.m. A theft was reported near the 400 block of A Avenue.

4/28 9:07 p.m. A shoplifter went behind a counter and stolen multiple packs of Marlboro Reds and Marlboro 100s near the 400 block of A Street.

4/29 6:23 p.m. A welder was reported stolen from a construction site.

4/29 9:31 p.m. A man said a "vagabond" stolen his cell phone at a store and he chased the person down to get it back near the 600 block of N State Street.

5/2 10:37 a.m. A purse was stolen from a restroom near the 17300 block of Holy Names Drive.

5/2 7:48 p.m. A purse was stolen from a car that had its window broken near the 17800 block of Stafford Road.

FRAUD

4/28 6:01 p.m. A caller said her husband gave scammers $700.

4/29 8:03 a.m. A caller wanted to talk to an officer about fraud.

4/29 10:58 a.m. An attorney said her client was scammed by someone who claimed to be with Geek Squad and gained remote access to her computer.

4/29 11:24 a.m. A man said he was informed by his mortgage lender that his information was involved in a data breach.

5/2 5:00 p.m. A stolen check was cashed for $625.

4/20 6:05 a.m. A caller said her neighbor had someone knocking on their door all night near the 16000 block of Reese Road.

4/20 9:20 a.m. Someone was seen sleeping in a park. They had been stranded in Lake Oswego and left on a bus for Portland. 4/20 9:21 a.m. Someone was seen yelling a himself near the 40 block of N State Street.

4/20 10:20 a.m. A caller said her ex-husband wouldn't get away from her vehicle while they were doing a child exchange.

4/20 2:19 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was heavily loaded with "something" in the back near the 4300 block of Childs Road.

4/20 2:35 p.m. A caller had questions about a friend who shouldn't have been driving.

4/20 3:20 p.m. A vehicle had two windows broken near the 10 block of Touchstone.

4/20 3:48 p.m. A suspicious looking man was pushing a grocery cart and yelling near the 100 block of A Avenue.

4/20 4:09 p.m. A caller said her mother was watching her daughter and refused to give the daughter's clothing back.

4/20 4:24 p.m. Someone was screaming at a bus driver near 4th Street and A Avenue.

4/20 5:43 p.m. A caller asked for someone to check in on a homeless man living in bushes near a building.

4/20 5:55 p.m. A man who possibly had mental health issues was seen at a park.

4/20 10:38 p.m. People were hanging out in a car and being loud near the 1400 block of Aspen Street.

4/20 11:42 p.m. A couple was heard fighting, but when police arrived they were "surprised to see us" and claimed to have been talking at a high volume but not fighting.

4/21 12:10 a.m. A caller said her roommate came home and was bleeding from her lip and hitting things.

4/21 12:12 a.m. A very loud party was reported and attendees were sent home with parents.

4/21 10:01 a.m. A sign was vandalized overnight near the 40 block of N State Street.

4/21 11:56 a.m. A resident wished to speak with an officer about a child custody issue.

4/21 1:44 p.m. A homeless man was sitting in front of building near 6th Street and B Avenue.

4/21 1:48 p.m. A caller said her 14-year-old was out of control and breaking things.

4/21 2:24 p.m. Sex crimes involving juveniles were reported.

4/21 6:06 p.m. A caller said her parents were refusing to return her child to her.

4/21 9:33 p.m. A suspicious looking man was looking in windows near Oakridge Road and Quarry Road.

4/22 1:21 a.m. A sex crime involving a juvenile was reported.

4/22 7:38 a.m. A woman said her child's father did not return their daughter to her.

4/22 9:24 a.m. A suspicious looking vehicle had been showing up constantly near the 4300 block of Childs Road.

4/22 1:31 p.m. Harassment was reported. 4/22 3:07 p.m. A man said he found his house open the day before and believed the suspect returned in the evening.

4/22 5:00 p.m. Someone was having a mental health emergency, laying on the ground and asked to be shot.

4/22 6:58 p.m. A man was in a store near 10 Monroe Parkway and saying he didn't want to go home.

4/22 9:44 p.m. Men at a bus stop were being loud and using profanity near the 200 block of Greenridge Drive.

4/22 10;47 p.m. Men at a bus stop were still being loud and smoking cigarettes near the 200 block of Greenridge Drive.

4/23 2:35 a.m. Construction workers were yelling and "just being loud" near Rainbow Drive and Boones Ferry Road.

4/23 7:56 a.m. A caller said tenants at a building were doing short-term rentals without permission and representing themselves as the property owners.

4/23 8:45 a.m. A man "looked out of place" near the 40 block of Tanglewood Drive.

4/23 10:23 a.m. A caller reported an ongoing issue with loud music near the 300 block of 2nd Street.

4/23 11:14 a.m. A woman said a delivery company was refusing to offload items because she had "the wrong money order," then left and called back saying they would accept cash. This made the woman nervous she was being scammed. 4/23 1:45 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was parked in a resident's driveway near the 4400 block of Upper Drive, and the owner did not move when asked by the resident.

4/23 1:56 p.m. A caller said a loud TV was shaking a building near the 12300 block of Mt Jefferson Terrace.

4/23 2:58 p.m. A caller said her husband pushed her.

4/23 3:59 p.m. A caller said a "creepy guy" was watching kids near the 16800 block of Hawthorne Drive.

4/23 4:53 p.m. A suspicious looking person who said he was "on oxy" was seen near the 300 block of 1st Street.

4/23 5:15 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was parked for 24 hours near Touchstone and Touchstone Terrace.

4/23 6:49 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was seen in a grassy area near Kruse Way and Bangy Road.

4/23 7:04 p.m. A man was throwing rocks at cards near Foothills Drive and Oswego Pointe Drive.

4/23 8:47 p.m. A caller had questions about restraining orders on family members.

4/23 10:23 p.m. Screaming was heard in the background of a domestic call. Police found all was OK.

4/24 12:34 a.m. Police cited someone for DUII and reckless endangering.

4/24 9:02 a.m. A caller said his wife was in accident and the other driver was refusing to pay for the damage after agreeing to do so.

4/24 10:01 a.m. A caller said his stepfather tried to take his keys.

4/24 11:00 a.m. A man said his landlord claimed he'd never received a rent payment, but he had proof that the payment was made to the landlord's wife.

4/24 1:19 p.m. A row of four garages appeared to have been broken into near the 5000 block of Foothills Drive.

4/24 3:52 p.m. A man was yelling at people and following someone near 4th Street and B Avenue.

4/24 4:18 p.m. A resident wanted to show an officer a threatening letter he received from a tenant.

4/24 7:04 p.m. A caller suspected theft when she found her license plate hanging off her car, but it turned out it had just fallen because the plate frame was taped on.

4/24 7:49 p.m. A suspicious looking man was walking with a stick that had a sharp point on it near Lakeview Boulevard and South Shore Boulevard.

4/24 11:23 p.m. A person was seen digging through garbage near the 5000 block of Foothills Road.

4/25 4:13 a.m. A stolen car was recovered in Tigard.

4/25 8:45 a.m. A suspicious looking black bag was seen in bushes near the 4100 block of Kruse Way. It was an empty plastic trash bag.

4/25 10:43 a.m. Two women were drinking beer near a Port-A-Potty.

4/25 9:01 p.m. People were heard screaming "please stop" multiple times.

4/25 10:28 p.m. Two people were heard in a park after hours near the 1400 block of Aspen Street. A car alarm was also heard around the same time. 4/26 2:41 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was parked in a coned-off area for between one and two days near the 10 block of Dover Way.

4/26 4:13 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was seen near the 50 block of Kerr Parkway.

4/26 7:25 p.m. A man was sitting on a bench and rambling at everyone passing by. He also said he wanted to hit people with 2X4s.

4/26 7:30 p.m. Panhandlers with a dog and a guitar were seen near the 10 block of S State Street.

4/26 8:07 p.m. A caller suspected a burglary after seeing a house with a broken window and its front door open. The owner was remodeling.

4/26 8:51 p.m. A caller said her ex-boyfriend was harassing her and she didn't feel safe, believing he might follow her when she was driving or was outside her house at night.

4/26 10:31 p.m. A caller saw a vehicle being towed and was concerned it was being stolen. It was being shipped to Ohio.

4/26 10:40 p.m. Kids were using their car lights to illuminate a basketball court near the 1500 block of Greentree Road, and the light was shining in homes. They were told to go home.

4/26 11:34 p.m. A caller said she was woken up by four kids walking to a park near the 1400 block of Aspen Street.

4/27 7:54 a.m. A resident was concerned about her ex-boyfriend being a threat to her and her new boyfriend.

4/27 3:33 p.m. A property manager wanted troublesome teens off her property near the 4900 block of Parkview Drive.

4/27 6:59 p.m. A caller said she was doing an intervention for her husband who was drinking too much.

4/28 2:43 a.m. A Lyft driver requested assistance with a passenger who passed out.

4/28 7:17 a.m. A caller was concerned after seeing someone pull up in a vehicle, remove things from another vehicle and place them in his vehicle near 2nd Street and C Avenue. The person was just getting items that belonged to him.

4/28 10:25 a.m. A man had questions about his license plates.
