ACCIDENTS

5/24 3:28 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near B Avenue and 1st Street. No one was injured.

5/24 5:23 p.m. An accident was reported near the 10 block of S State Street. No one was injured; during the call, people were heard arguing over "who was the worst friend."

5/25 3:52 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 400 block of A Avenue. No one was injured.

5/26 2:31 p.m. An accident was reported near the 16100 block of Boones Ferry Road. No one was injured.

5/26 5:34 p.m. An accident involving an injury was reported at an undisclosed location.

5/28 10:16 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 16300 block of Boones Ferry Road. No one was injured.

5/28 4:17 p.m. An accident was reported near Pacific Highway and Laurel Street. No one was injured.

5/29 12:22 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 300 block of S State Street. No one was injured.

5/29 2:36 p.m. An accident was reported near the 100 block of S Rosemont Road. No one was injured.

5/29 6:58 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near Country Club Road and Shireva Drive. No one was injured.

5/30 6:22 p.m. Two vehicles collided near the 15900 block of Boones Ferry Road. No one was injured.

THEFTS

5/25 3:18 a.m. A children's red jacket was reported stolen near the 10 block of Monroe Parkway.

5/25 6:56 p.m. Someone tried to steal around $1,000 worth of merchandise from a store near the 1300 block of McVey Avenue, but was stopped.

5/25 7:54 p.m. A caller said she drove by someone who was riding her bike and when she stopped, he gave the bike back and ran away.

5/28 12:40 p.m. A license plate was stolen from a vehicle near the 6000 block of Jean Road.

5/30 4:05 p.m. A caller said a caregiver stole medication from his father.

FRAUD

5/25 6:48 p.m. A caller said her credit card numbers were being used online and possibly in person at several stores. She believed she'd left a card at a store in Portland.

5/26 6:40 a.m. A caller said an employee got a phone call the night before asking them to take out $1,000 and deposit the money into an account. The employee took the cash out and left the store but never deposited the money.

5/28 2:35 p.m. Fraud was reported.

5/28 5:44 p.m. A "scary" customer had fake $100 bills at a store near the 500 block of A Avenue.

5/29 12:07 a.m. Unauthorized bank charges were reported.

5/29 2:06 p.m. A caller said she gave her Social Security number to a scammer by phone.

5/29 3:04 p.m. A caller said he applied for a loan online and was getting calls from the "bank" about making transactions with cashier's checks and gift cards.

5/29 3:28 p.m. A woman said she received a call from Apple claiming her iCloud was breached and asking for gift cards.

5/30 12:16 p.m. Fraud was reported.

n 5/30 4:46 p.m. A caller said he received a scam check.

MISC.

5/21 11:44 p.m. A caller believed his neighbors were doing or making drugs.

5/23 9:00 a.m. A caller was concerned about the elderly mother of a patient who'd just been discharged, after the patient was observed being "verbally aggressive" with the mother. Police found all was OK at their home in Tigard.

5/23 12:14 p.m. A caller had questions about the laws surrounding fliers being left on doors.

5/23 12:12 p.m. A woman said she was recently divorced and her ex-husband was harassing her with texts and emails.

5/23 1:08 p.m. A woman was concerned about a dog in a car with its engine running, because there was no shade in the area and it was unclear if the air conditioning was on.

5/23 2:59 p.m. A caller said she was beaten up by her girlfriend.

5/23 4:59 p.m. A suspicious looking man was attempting to hitchhike and yelling at cars/flipping them off near the 2500 block of Country Club Road.

5/23 6:01 p.m. A man said two teens passed a fake $100 bill, then came back and said "Haha, we robbed you for fun, here's your money back," and left real money as well as the fake bill near the 100 block of S State Street.

5/23 7:48 p.m. A man was being loud and disruptive near the 700 block of 4th Street.

5/24 9:17 a.m. A suspicious looking man was looking into vehicles at a parking lot near the 300 block of A Avenue.

5/24 12:22 p.m. A caller said their daughter was being bullied at school and the school wasn't taking sufficient action.

5/24 1:14 p.m. A caller said she was trying to sell her car online and two men who wanted to buy it made her uncomfortable when they stopped by. The next day, they called asking to buy the car and she was being "hounded" by others about the car.

5/24 1:59 p.m. A woman said someone called to schedule a massage and may have been using a false name, because when she tried to confirm the appointment she got a return call from someone in Minnesota who knew nothing about it.

5/24 2:08 p.m. A caller said someone dined-and-dashed near the 17700 block of Pilkington Road, and when she took the bill to his work he refused to pay it.

5/24 3:33 p.m. Shooting was reported in an undisclosed location.

5/24 4:44 p.m. A "very slick" spot on the road was reported near Boones Ferry Road and Country Club Road.

5/24 4:59 p.m. Kids were seen skateboarding next to a sign prohibiting skateboarding near the 100 block of Foothills Road.

5/24 5:06 p.m. Two suspicious looking vehicles filled with "nervous looking" teens were seen near Carman Drive and Touchstone.

5/24 6:50 p.m. A father was seen screaming at his young kids at Applebees; at one point he called the kids "f—cking morons" and slammed his hand on the table. Police learned that the man's father had died two weeks ago and the family was struggling; he said the kids weren't listening and stress hit at the wrong time.

5/24 9:40 p.m. Suspicious looking backpacks were seen in the bushes behind a building near the 200 block of A Avenue.

5/25 12:22 a.m. A man said he fell and didn't know exactly where he was.

5/25 4:18 a.m. A caller said someone was banging on her door near the 15200 block of Bangy Road.

5/25 6:40 a.m. A man was seen carrying a gun near the 15800 block of Boones Ferry Road.

5/25 8:01 a.m. A caller requested extra patrols at a park near the 1400 block of Aspen Street due to frequent noise issues.

5/25 9:23 a.m. A caller said a man kept hitting his dog near the 16100 block of Boones Ferry Road. Police found the dog seemed fine.

5/25 9:45 a.m. Graffiti was seen near Kerr Parkway and Jefferson Parkway.

5/25 10:24 a.m. A caller was concerned about an online ad for a car sale being a scam.

5/25 7:23 p.m. A resident said a storm drain grate had been removed near Melrose Street and Peters Road, leaving a hole in the road. He was afraid someone wouldn't notice and would fall.

5/25 11:52 p.m. A caller was upset about kids talking in a park, who turned out to be adults.

5/26 8:31 a.m. A caller wanted to discuss an experience with an Uber driver the night before. The driver arrived to pick her up but didn't accept the ride "due to circumstances."

5/26 12:04 p.m. A transient man appeared to be undressing near South Shore Boulevard and McVey Avenue.

5/26 12:15 p.m. A man was "preaching" and being disruptive to customers near the 300 block of 1st Street.

5/26 1:39 p.m. Someone was seen riding a motorcycle on a school lawn near the 4700 block of Jean Road.

5/26 2:55 p.m. Someone was harassing customers near the 400 block of A Avenue.

5/26 9:32 p.m. A fight was reported at an undisclosed location.

5/26 10:11 p.m. A caller reported a party that possibly involved underage drinking. Officers couldn't find any signs of a party.

5/26 10:22 p.m. A caller said teens were smoking marijuana and possibly drinking in a vehicle, and someone urinated outside the vehicle.

5/26 11:27 p.m. A caller said a neighbor was stomping around and waking him up. The person was unloading a dishwasher and "not being unreasonably loud."

5/27 12:20 a.m. A caller was concerned after hearing people in a park near the 1400 block of Aspen Street.

5/27 1:04 a.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was seen pulling into a parking area and turning off its lights near the 2800 block of Brookside Road.

5/27 12:46 p.m. A caller said neighbors trimmed hedges and dumped them on country club property. The caller was worried it would contribute to pollution in the lake and create a fire hazard.

5/27 6:45 p.m. A woman was reportedly beaten up and had the window of her car smashed.

5/27 9:19 p.m. A caller said someone was possibly living in a vehicle near 1st Street and C Avenue.

5/28 7:33 a.m. Someone was possibly living out of a vehicle near the 19300 block of Canal Road.

5/28 8:04 a.m. Graffiti was found on two signs near the 600 block of S State Street.

5/28 10:33 a.m. A "possible online scam terrorist action" was reported.

5/28 4:01 p.m. A caller said garbage bags had been ripped open and were leaking near Larch Street and Parrish Street.

5/28 4:19 p.m. Suspicious circumstances were reported near the 300 block of A Avenue.

5/28 5:26 p.m. A caller said she was going through a divorce and wished to talk to an officer about child custody and civil issues.

5/28 6:22 p.m. A caller asked for an officer to come unlock a first base dugout near the 15700 block of Waluga Drive.

5/29 3:53 a.m. A caller said she heard her side gate open and slam closed near the 4500 block of Black Forest Court.

5/29 4:19 a.m. A caller reported the violation of a restraining order.

5/29 6:52 a.m. A caller said she believed her husband was calling the front desk of a domestic violence shelter she was staying at.

5/29 8:57 a.m. A woman said her son was falsely accused of a crime and she wanted to talk to an officer.

5/29 9:03 a.m. A caller reported a car that appeared to be tailing a Fed Ex driver near the 1400 block of Worthington Street.

5/29 9:37 a.m. A caller said he received a message on Google Hangout from someone who said he'd been paid to kill the caller and his son. He was told he had 68 hours to pay $15,000 or he would be killed.

5/29 12:31 p.m. A resident said a swarm of bees or yellow jackets was making it so people couldn't leave their houses near the 14500 block of Pfeifer Way; when they tried to leave, the swarm would chase them inside. They were advised to call a bee keeper.

5/29 12:44 p.m. A caller was concerned about a dog that was in a car with the windows up for several hours. The dog was fine and the owners said they walked it once an hour.

5/29 1:30 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was seen near the 15700 block of Waluga Drive.

5/29 3:04 p.m. A caller said her ex-wife wasn't letting her see her son.

5/29 5:48 p.m. A suspicious looking man was seen walking in circles and into traffic near Boones Ferry Road and Rainbow Drive.

5/29 6:55 p.m. A caller heard two "pops" that were possibly gun shots near the 200 block of Furnace Street.

5/29 9:46 p.m. A caller said their parents were screaming and things were getting out of control.

5/29 10:26 p.m. A man was screaming and stumbling, then fell and hit his head. He was taken to detox.

5/30 12:45 a.m. A resident was getting prank calls from an unknown number. The caller identified himself as "big Hank" and told the resident's father that he got his daughter pregnant. The resident's father told the prank caller he would shoot him if he showed up.

5/30 2:32 a.m. A woman believed someone was in her home.

5/30 7:10 a.m. A passenger window was broken and a vehicle was rummaged through, but it was unclear if anything was taken near the 400 block of 5th Street.

5/30 10:16 a.m. A caller believed she'd been drugged when a coworker brought her coffee. She felt the coffee shop intended to drug her coworker but instead drugged her. She went to the ER and tested negative for drugs but wanted police to inspect the coffee cup.

5/30 11:35 a.m. The screen on a poker machine was broken near the 6300 block of Meadows Road.

5/30 2:37 p.m. A transient appeared to be talking to himself near Bay Creek Drive and Bay Point Drive.

5/30 8:53 p.m. A caller was concerned about security cameras on PGE poles near 6th Street and E Avenue.

5/30 10:27 p.m. A caller said a group of kids appeared to be drunk near the 300 block of Oswego Pointe Drive.
