ARRESTS

8/11 4:42 a.m. A 28-year-old man was lodged at Multnomah County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear-criminal driving while suspended.

8/12 9:52 p.m. A 30-year-old woman was lodged at Multnomah County District Court on a Lake Oswego warrant for failure to appear-parole violation DUII.

ACCIDENTS

8/9 3:16 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 100 block of Middlecrest Road. No one was injured.

8/9 6:02 p.m. Two vehicles collided near 9th Street and B Avenue. No one was injured.

8/11 12:03 p.m. An accident was reported near the 700 block of N State Street. An injury was reported.

8/11 6:50 p.m. An accident was reported near the 2200 block of Summit Court. No one was injured.

8/13 1:59 p.m. An accident was reported near McVey Avenue and Cornell Street. An injury was reported.

8/13 8:12 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 10 block of Mt. Jefferson Terrace. No one was injured.

8/14 1:34 p.m. An accident was reported near the 6300 block of Meadows Road. It was unknown if anyone was injured.

8/15 3:39 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near McVey Avenue and S State Street. No one was injured.

THEFTS

8/11 2:47 p.m. A Samsung duo charger valued at $99.99 was reported stolen near the 300 block of S State Street.

8/13 8:05 p.m. A bottle of wine was reported stolen near the 400 block of A Avenue.

8/14 4:54 p.m. Jackhammers valued at $600 each were reported stolen near the 2500 block of Country Club Road.

8/15 7:56 p.m. Registration, insurance information and clothes were reported stolen from a vehicle near the 1100 block of Oak Street.

STOLEN VEHICLES

8/14 6:13 p.m. A vehicle was reported stolen near the 700 block of 1st Street.

FRAUD

8/9 4:09 p.m. A caller said his stepdaughter had been "draining his bank account" for six months, resulting in the loss of $6,000.

8/13 3:10 p.m. A caller lost $2,000 in a suspected case of fraud.

8/13 5:10 p.m. A man was scammed out of $10,000 when someone claiming to be from Social Security told him to purchase gift cards from Target.

8/14 11:29 a.m. A credit card was opened in someone's name and used for $393 in purchases.

8/14 12:02 p.m. A caller said someone she met on an online dating site was trying to get $4,100 from her.

8/14 3:07 p.m. A caller said she was receiving calls about being "in trouble" in Texas, despite never having been there.

8/15 3:39 p.m. A resident said they put down $8,500 for work to be done by a contractor, and the contractor was gone.

MISC.

8/3 2:12 p.m. People were seen trespassing near the 13700 block of Fielding Road.

8/3 2:39 p.m. An Uber Eats driver said a customer in Oregon City made her uncomfortable by answering the door naked. She was told to contact the Oregon City Police but insisted that she wanted to talk to an LOPD officer.

8/4 3:42 a.m. A construction sign was spray painted near Kruse Way and Boones Ferry Road.

8/4 4:41 a.m. A man seemed to be "having issues" at an undisclosed location.

8/4 8:55 a.m. Someone was sleeping on a bench near 5th Street and A Avenue.

8/4 10:21 a.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was seen near the 13100 block of Rogers Road.

8/4 12:24 p.m. A caller wanted to speak with an officer about text messages she found on her 15-year-old daughter's phone about her plan to run away.

8/4 1:54 p.m. An American flag was damaged overnight near the 1600 block of Edgecliff Terrace.

8/4 4:07 p.m. A caller was concerned after seeing a video of her son's friends jumping into water on Snapchat.

8/4 6:50 p.m. A baby fawn got stuck in a fence before eventually freeing itself near the 18800 block of Green Bluff Drive.

8/4 7:43 p.m. A suspicious looking woman was sleeping in a play structure near the 500 block of 4th Street.

8/4 9:17 p.m. A caller believed someone signed their food company up for a food delivery service, and they didn't want to be involved.

8/5 12:03 a.m. Five young men were outside partying, being loud and swimming near the 2700 block of Dellwood Drive.

8/5 1:35 a.m. A caller was concerned that three cars full of teens were on their way to jump off "the dolphins." They were told they couldn't do that.

8/5 7:54 a.m. A caller said a suspicious looking vehicle followed their daughter home near Kruse Way and Boones Ferry Road.

8/5 8:49 a.m. A caller said a neighbor had been arguing with their grandson all morning.

8/5 9:14 a.m. A suspicious looking man was walking back and forth and talking to himself near the 20 block of A Avenue.

8/5 10:38 a.m. A caller was concerned about a disgruntled ex-employee who had a drinking problem and posted on Facebook about being "headed to the gun club and packing."

8/5 1:03 p.m. A man was passed out on a bench with beer cans around him near the 500 block of 4th Street.

8/5 2:14 p.m. A car was scratched near the 300 block of 1st Street.

8/5 2:19 p.m. A caller said a suspicious looking man tried to give her money and was "somewhat aggressive" near the 4800 block of Meadows Road.

8/5 5:01 p.m. Kids were jumping off "the dolphins" near the 300 block of Oswego Pointe Drive. 8/5 10:58 p.m. A man and woman were arguing.

8/5 11:15 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was parked with its lights on near the 5600 block of Washington Court. n 8/6 10:20 a.m. A squatter was asked to leave an undisclosed location.

8/6 10:56 a.m. A caller had questions about a camera that was set up in a common area without any signage.

8/6 11:14 a.m. A resident was getting harassing phone calls.

8/6 1:19 p.m. A caller had questions about vaping laws. 8/6 3:20 p.m. A caller was concerned after hearing a dog barking for 45 minutes near the 2500 block of Country Club Road; they worried someone was hurt.

8/6 4:56 p.m. A caller was worried about two people sitting on the side of a bridge near South Shore Boulevard and Canal Circle.

8/6 5:22 p.m. A disheveled-looking man was lying on a park bench.

8/6 5:58 p.m. Two people were refusing to leave an undisclosed location and yelling at someone.

8/6 6:22 p.m. A caller was concerned about someone they had a restraining order against who was moving into the state.

8/6 7:31 p.m. A sticker was placed on a parked car near Foothills Road and N State Street.

8/6 7:35 p.m. A caller was having problems with a neighbor dumping dog feces over a fence onto city property.

8/6 9:29 p.m. A possibly transient person was going through trash near 5th Street and A Avenue.

8/6 9:33 p.m. A caller said their downstairs neighbor was banging on the ceiling, making their house smell like marijuana and came banging on their door with "something very hard," leaving a dent in the door.

8/6 11:08 p.m. A caller was concerned about four people in a park who could be heard talking and slamming doors near the 1400 block of Aspen Street.

8/6 11:17 p.m. A man and a woman were heard yelling and throwing things.

8/7 2:20 a.m. A caller heard two "boom" noises near the 700 block of Timberline Drive.

8/7 8:28 a.m. A person was sleeping on a bench near 5th Street and A Avenue.

8/7 10:14 a.m. Screaming was heard at a bank.

8/7 11:42 a.m. A deer looked like it had a broken leg near the 5200 block of Rosewood Street.

8/7 12:48 p.m. A caller said her roommate was manic and she had questions about moving out/rent payments.

8/7 1:24 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle with significant rear end damage was seen near the 700 block of McVey Avenue.

8/7 1:31 p.m. A suspicious looking person had been seen coming and going from a garden and possibly stealing things or setting up camp near the 1700 block of Bonniebrae Drive.

8/7 1:35 p.m. A man was seen setting up a picnic blanket that was partially in the road near Iron Mountain Boulevard and Country Club Road.

8/7 2:28 p.m. A man was sleeping in a parking spot near Boca Ratan Drive and Atwater Road.

8/7 4:15 p.m. A caller reported an ongoing issue with squatters at an undisclosed location.

8/7 5:06 p.m. Possible abuse/neglect of a juvenile was reported.

8/7 5:40 p.m. Two kids were fighting at an undisclosed location.

8/7 7:33 p.m. Screaming and slamming noises turned out to be a demolition worker who was singing along to loud music.

8/7 8:28 p.m. A caller said his wife took $40,000 out of a safe and he couldn't get ahold of her.

8/7 10:21 p.m. A caller said a dog had been barking for 30 minutes at a home near the 1300 block of Lee Street. The resident of the home had left to take her boyfriend home.

8/8 11:35 a.m. A man was banging on a door and ringing the doorbell at an undisclosed location. It was the result of a verbal argument and the man left.

8/8 11:52 a.m. A caller was concerned about the mental health of an employee who was fired and would be returning to pick up personal items.

8/8 3:30 p.m. A resident had been having issues with a man walking around her house at an undisclosed location.

8/8 4:41 p.m. Someone appeared to be camping out of a vehicle near the 13800 block of Stampher Road.

8/8 11:17 p.m. A caller was concerned after returning home and finding her soon-to-be ex-husband had removed a lock on a tiny house in the back yard, and there was a light on inside.

8/8 11:27 p.m. A resident said she was scared to leave her car and go in her house after seeing a raccoon on the front lawn. An officer escorted her inside and noted they were not attacked by the raccoon.

8/8 11:31 p.m. A drunk man was refusing to leave an Uber near the 10 block of Monroe Parkway.

8/8 11:37 p.m. A caller believed she heard a gunshot near the 17600 block of Woodhurst Place.

8/9 1:15 a.m. Road signs read "Trump 2020" near Boones Ferry Road and Kruse Way.

8/9 3:20 a.m. A car alarm was going off near the 10 block of Touchstone.

8/9 7:07 a.m. A caller was concerned about "caution" and "danger" tape that was all around the library.

8/9 7:15 a.m. A resident said yard debris was dumped on their property near the 5000 block of Upper Drive.

8/9 1:34 p.m. A lock was pulled out of the back of a mailbox near the 5000 block of Foothills Drive.

8/9 5:12 p.m. Two people were seen physically fighting and screaming near 65th Avenue and Lakeview Boulevard.

8/9 5:26 p.m. A man was seen hitting a woman near Kruse Way and Boones Ferry Road.

8/9 9:31 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle had been driving around in circles for 15 minutes near the 100 block of Oswego Summit. The driver was trying to get their baby to fall asleep.

8/10 6:08 a.m. A verbally hostile employee refused to leave at an undisclosed location.

8/10 9:43 a.m. A caller said she was getting complaints about yelling and using profanity, even though she "has cut back on that," closed her windows and "cracked down" on her kids. She said she was accused of something every time she left her house.
