8/26 4:33 p.m. Two vehicles collided near Westview Drive and South Shore Boulevard. No one was injured.

8/26 4:37 p.m. An accident was reported near the 10 block of Monroe Parkway. An injury was reported.

8/26 5:29 p.m. An accident was reported near the 600 block of S State Street. An injury was reported.

8/27 9:24 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 300 block of 1st Street. No one was injured.

8/27 9:57 a.m. A vehicle appeared to hit a tree before parking in a lot near the 200 block of N State Street. No one was injured.

8/27 4:56 p.m. An accident was reported near the 1300 block of McVey Avenue. No one was injured.

8/28 8:02 a.m. An accident was reported near the 4200 block of Mercantile Drive. It was unknown if anyone was injured.

8/28 8:23 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 300 block of Cervantes. No one was injured.

8/28 9:26 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 10 block of Monroe Parkway. No one was injured.

8/28 4:08 p.m. An accident was reported near Pacific Highway and Marylbrook Drive. No one was injured.

8/28 4:11 p.m. An accident was reported near the 17600 block of Pacific Highway. No one was injured.

8/29 6:50 p.m. An accident was reported near Arbor Lane and Jean Road. An injury was reported.

8/30 12:23 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 3900 block of Mercantile Drive. No one was injured.

9/2 5:07 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 600 block of S State Street. No one was injured.

9/5 4:36 p.m. An accident was reported near Boones Ferry Road and Country Club Road. No one was injured.

THEFTS

8/26 2:25 p.m. A wallet with a driver's license and credit card, as well as a backpack, were reported stolen from a vehicle near the 14300 block of Camden Lane.

8/26 2:40 p.m. People were seen going through vehicles near the 2500 block of Country Club Road.

8/26 3:12 p.m. Ray Bans and reading glasses were reported stolen from a vehicle near the 10 block of Botticelli.

8/27 12:35 p.m. A purse and credit card were reported stolen, but later found, near the 17500 block of Mesnard Street.

8/28 6:04 p.m. Someone stole Mike's Hard Lemonade near the 400 block of A Avenue.

8/29 8:35 a.m. A theft was reported near the 300 block of 1st Street.

8/29 9:33 a.m. Two packages containing Nike clothing valued at $110 were stolen from a front porch near the 3700 block of Eleanor Court.

8/29 11:40 a.m. A caller said he ordered computer hardware to be delivered, and while it said it had been dropped off, he never received anything.

8/29 12:50 p.m. A misplaced cell phone was reported stolen.

8/30 7:58 a.m. $300 cash, tools and a mountain bike were reported stolen from a garage at an undisclosed location.

9/2 12:29 p.m. A bike valued at between $50 and $75 was reported stolen near the 10 block of Touchstone.

9/3 2:59 p.m. A flower pot was reported stolen from the front of a house near the 5600 block of Grand Oaks Drive.

9/4 5:26 p.m. A caller said she left her wedding ring at a nail salon and it was stolen.

9/4 8:11 p.m. A laptop, citizenship paperwork and other items were stolen from a vehicle that had its window smashed near the 14800 block of Kruse Oaks Drive.

9/5 10:25 a.m. A purse and leggings valued at $2,200 were stolen from a home at an undisclosed location.

9/5 10:26 a.m. Items were reported stolen from two vehicles near the 800 block of Lake Forest Drive.

9/5 8:16 p.m. A caller said he was meeting someone to sell a cell phone, and the person grabbed it and ran off.

STOLEN VEHICLES

8/31 10:11 a.m. A vehicle was stolen near the 700 block of 5th Street. It was dumped in an alley nearby, but Prada sunglasses and $50 in quarters were stolen.

FRAUD

8/26 4:40 p.m. A caller said she bought gift cards for $300 and $1,500 from Safeway in an attempt to reinstate key cards for her computer.

8/28 12:33 p.m. Identification theft was reported.

8/29 11:36 a.m. Fraud was reported.

8/30 4:41 p.m. A caller said she received a phone call about a warrant and was told to send $3,060 worth of gift cards. She did send them, but now wanted to get the mail intercepted.

8/31 6:15 a.m. Someone gave their credit card information to a scammer and lost $1,800.

9/3 9:33 a.m. Fraudulent use of checks was reported.

9/3 11:18 a.m. A fraudulent charge of $7,000 on a credit card was reported.

9/3 11:47 a.m. A check was stolen and passed for $3,250.

9/3 12:11 p.m. A lost credit card was used at an ATM.

9/3 3:51 p.m. A caller said they received two noticed that an unknown person applied for a credit card using their name, and their data was also stolen in the Equifax breach.

9/4 12:34 p.m. A caller said someone used a fake $1 bill near the 15500 block of Boones Ferry Road.

MISC.

8/22 2:34 p.m. A caller said a suspicious looking man was trying to get something out of her mailbox and when confronted, he said he was getting his mail before leaving in a vehicle near the 1000 block of 10th Street.

8/22 6:05 p.m. A caller was suspicious after finding tire caulks removed from a trailer at an undisclosed location.

8/22 6:49 p.m. A resident had a stalking order that hadn't been served, and reported contacts by Snapchat and the vandalization of a friend's home.

8/22 7:04 p.m. An older man looked "very intoxicated" and fell several times near the 400 block of 2nd Street.

8/22 7:28 p.m. Criminal mischief was reported near the 2500 block of Country Club Road.

8/22 7:53 p.m. A caller said her mother had an altercation with a manager, and the manager poked her in the chest.

8/22 8:39 p.m. A suspicious looking person was hanging out in a car and possibly squatting at an abandoned home at an undisclosed location.

8/22 9:05 p.m. An elderly man was "not walking very well" near Country Club Road and Kerr Parkway.

8/22 9:17 p.m. A man looked "very confused" near the 10 block of Greenridge Drive.

8/23 12:00 a.m. A suspicious looking truck with its tailgate open was seen near Brookhurst Court and Brookhurst Drive. The owner was airing out their house and forgot to close the tailgate.

8/23 1:29 a.m. A sex crime involving a juvenile was reported.

8/23 3:38 a.m. A caller said her phone was about to die and she was locked outside of her apartment after leaving her keys at the gym. Maintenance opened the gym for her.

8/23 8:38 a.m. A caller said the front of a building was "covered in poo, vomit and vomit" near the 100 block of A Avenue. Police determined someone put ice cream on the windows – possibly Rocky Road flavor.

8/23 10:58 a.m. A caller said a dog had been left in a backyard for "weeks" near the 4100 block of Lakeview Boulevard.

8/23 12:40 p.m. Harassment was reported at an undisclosed location.

8/23 12:43 p.m. An injured deer was seen near the 2500 block of Overlook Drive.

8/23 1:14 p.m. Kids were skateboarding on tennis courts near the 2500 block of Country Club Road.

8/23 3:52 p.m. A suspicious looking man was "acting strange" near the 10 block of S State Street.

8/23 5:03 p.m. A caller said people were smoking marijuana near the 10 block of Centerpointe Drive.

8/23 8:15 p.m. Someone was suspected of stealing items from a construction site, but it turned out they had permission to collect scrap wood.

8/23 9:40 p.m. A caller said she was going through a divorce and that she was concerned about her husband, who was reportedly homeless and sleeping in a Safeway parking lot. She said he was a danger to society because of his drinking.

8/23 11:46 p.m. A caller found a door open in her house and wanted an officer to help her check for intruders. All was OK.

8/24 1:40 a.m. A caller said a window was broken and a man and woman were screaming. It was an argument about the window breaking.

8/24 1:39 p.m. Two juveniles were seen playing with toys on railroad tracks near Lakeview Boulevard and Iron Mountain Boulevard.

8/24 3:28 p.m. A caller said they'd heard of people in tents near the 5800 block of Meadows Road. Police found no signs of this.

8/24 3:44 p.m. A caller said someone who appeared to be disabled was trying to get into a pool near the 4900 block of Parkview Drive.

8/24 7:14 p.m. A man and woman were having a dispute, but it was unclear if it was verbal or physical.

8/25 1:56 a.m. A man was seen sleeping near the 2000 block of Country Club Road. The property owners said he could stay until 7 a.m.

8/25 3:26 a.m. A man believed his car was stolen, but he'd actually forgotten he left it at a friend's house. He was told not to pick it up until he sobered up.

8/25 4:18 a.m. A caller asked for "A safe place to go for a little."

8/25 10:10 a.m. A caller was suspicious after noticing a car that appeared to be checking driveways near Knaus Road and Leslie Lane.

8/25 10:57 a.m. A caller who was living out of state but owned Lake Oswego property said someone came to their home and asked to look for a stolen phone. They worried the person wanted to case the home.

8/25 3:51 p.m. A domestic incident was reported.

8/25 6:35 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle with its windows blacked out was parked with the engine running near 1st Street and C Avenue. The person inside was making a call.

8/25 7:19 p.m. A caller said their ex-husband and his fiancÉ recorded a conversation between them and their 12-year-old son.

8/25 8:57 p.m. A caller said she was being harassed via text by an ex who owned a gun.

8/25 9:56 p.m. A loud party was reported at an undisclosed location.

8/25 10:33 p.m. Loud talking and smoking was reported near the 40 block of McNary Parkway. 8/26 11:18 a.m. Graffiti was reported near the 16800 block of Hawthorne Drive.

8/26 12:01 a.m. Someone broke a lock to enter a construction site near the 3900 block of Mercantile Drive, but nothing was missing.

8/26 12:12 p.m. A caller said she saw a woman vaping in a vehicle with a child in the backseat.

8/26 2:07 p.m. A man said he purchased a meal at 1:45, was told the restaurant stopped serving food at 1:30 and was not offered a refund or any food. Further, the manager was demanding he apologize to staff and he wasn't sure why.

8/26 2:14 p.m. A caller said juveniles were "jumping into a roadway" from a bridge near South Shore Boulevard and West Bay Road. They were jumping in the lake.

8/26 2:18 p.m. A Pitbull was chasing ducks near the 600 block of S State Street.

8/26 2:23 p.m. A suspicious looking man and woman were in a vehicle near the 4300 block of Haven Street. The woman got out and was taking pictures of houses, while the man was walking around. Then they exchanged something with a Suburban that pulled up.

8/26 2:55 p.m. Two people appeared to be casing a parking lot near the 10 block of Botticelli.

8/26 4:43 p.m. A caller wished to report what appeared to be a dog in a basket near N State Street and SW Terwilliger Boulevard.

8/26 6:48 p.m. A caller said his new neighbor was accusing him of hitting his vehicle and he wanted to speak to an officer about it.

8/26 7:50 p.m. A man and woman were having a fight in the street at an undisclosed location.

8/26 8:36 p.m. A resident said someone dumped items in the street, including metal bowls and a metal shelf, near 3rd Street and E Avenue.

8/26 8:41 p.m. A caller said a neighbor was harassing them by walking around and glaring at them.

8/26 8:55 p.m. A caller said a light flashed in their yard and they heard a "funny noise" near the 14400 block of Rainbow Drive. Police found nothing.

8/26 9:40 p.m. A resident was concerned when she noticed a flood light come on at her father's house and saw an unknown car in the driveway near the 2800 block of Lakeview Boulevard.

8/26 9:54 p.m. Two men were fighting near I-5 and Carman Drive.

8/27 12:35 a.m. A caller said last week police came with guns drawn to arrest people on warrants for possessing illegal guns at an undisclosed location, and now someone was back at the location which was supposed to be vacant.

8/27 2:38 a.m. Three people who were possibly drunk were opening and closing car doors near the 18100 block of Bryant Road.

8/27 8:59 a.m. A caller said she and her daughter were illegally recorded by her ex-husband.

8/27 12:54 p.m. A caller wanted to know if it was legal for their daughter, who was a felon, to visit a home that contained a handgun. 8/27 1:10 p.m. A caller said he was receiving threatening text messages from someone who said they were going to come after him and "make him sorry."

8/27 2:49 p.m. A caller said he ordered food on GrubHub and the driver walked up to the side of the house and urinated in a cup.

8/27 2:51 p.m. A doctor said a patient came to get her medical record and recorded him with her phone.

8/27 5:36 p.m. A woman was seen pulling large amounts of money from an ATM five different times near the 200 block of B Avenue. She was depositing checks and cash from a summer job.

8/27 8:39 p.m. A girl was heard screaming "no no no you're hurting me" and a man was heard saying "stop screaming." Police found the girl was upset with her father for not letting her leave.

8/27 9:20 p.m. A man and woman were in a dispute at an undisclosed location.

8/27 9:33 p.m. A man said he paid a basketball trainer to work with his son, and the trainer was refusing to do the work.

8/28 4:45 a.m. A caller said a suspicious looking vehicle had been running for nine hours next to a dumpster near the 600 block of McVey Avenue. The owner had forgotten to turn it off.

8/28 9:19 a.m. A woman was sleeping in a vehicle at an undisclosed location.

8/28 11:17 a.m. Suspicious circumstances were reported near the 700 block of 4th Street.

8/28 11:44 a.m. A man asked what he could do about cats killing birds in his backyard.

8/28 1:35 p.m. Someone in the police department lobby had questions about "red flag" laws and gun confiscation.

8/28 1:55 p.m. A caller said she had her vehicle vandalized and suspected it had to do with a dispute she had with her neighbor.

8/28 2:09 p.m. A caller said someone was supplying 16-year-olds with marijuana, cigarettes and alcohol – including Jell-O shots.

8/28 2:39 p.m. A juvenile punched another juvenile in the back of the head.

8/28 3:23 p.m. A caller said a dog was running in the street when she made a delivery, and when she confronted the dog's owner, the owner started screaming and being verbally aggressive.

8/28 5:47 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was seen near the 17700 block of Jean Way.

8/28 6:33 p.m. Teens were seen jumping off "the dolphins" near the 300 block of Oswego Pointe Drive.

8/28 6:51 p.m. A caller said someone arrived to serve her papers and then threw them in her face when she refused them.

8/28 7:32 p.m. A caller said a man was being inappropriate with their 15-year-old daughter.

8/28 7:47 p.m. Someone was seen trying to open car doors near the 14100 block of Bunick Drive.

8/28 8:40 p.m. Suspicious circumstances were reported near Boones Ferry Road and Pilkington Road.

8/28 11:14 p.m. People were screaming and throwing beer cans out the windows of a car near the 5000 block of Foothills Road.

8/28 11:34 p.m. A caller was suspicious after seeing a vehicle parked near a drive-thru around the 15600 block of Boones Ferry Road. He thought he saw a campfire but wasn't sure. It was a construction worker applying directional arrows using a blow torch.

8/29 4:43 a.m. A suspicious looking vehicle with expired registration had been parked for two months in public parking at an undisclosed location.

8/29 8:38 a.m. A caller was threatening to kill his stepfather, who he said "didn't belong" with his mother.

8/29 11:26 a.m. A suspicious looking person was seen on a walking path near the 4700 block of Parkview Drive.

8/29 11:39 a.m. Two people who looked like they could be "tweakers" were possibly living out of a vehicle near the 100 block of Foothills Road. They were having a picnic in the park.

8/29 3:49 p.m. A caller believed someone stole things from her recycling bin near the 800 block of 8th Street.

8/29 6:27 p.m. A caller said her daughter's father was refusing to return her.

8/29 6:27 p.m. A resident said their sister was trying to break into their car with a broom.

8/29 8:02 p.m. A caller said the father of her child threatened her and had access to a gun.

8/29 8:13 p.m. A caller said she was walking dogs when a squirrel chased her down multiple streets. She worried something was wrong with the squirrel.

8/29 10:08 p.m. Siblings got in a fight "over the temperature" and pushed each other.

8/29 10:21 p.m. A caller said her husband and teenage son got in an altercation and her son climbed out the window.

8/30 5:14 a.m. A suspicious looking person was riding a bike with a carrier attachment on the back near Pacific Highway and Burnham Road.

8/30 8:49 a.m. A sex crime involving a juvenile was reported near the 300 block of A Avenue.

8/30 8:53 a.m. Someone was seen throwing a display rack at a van near 5th Street and A Avenue.

8/30 9:26 a.m. A caller said they were being stalked by someone who had done the same thing a year ago.

8/30 11:49 a.m. Two suspicious looking people were seen loitering near a vacant, boarded up house near 1st Street and D Avenue. They lived around the corner and were waiting for movers.

8/30 3:51 p.m. A caller wondered if noise ordinances applied to loud air conditioning units.

8/31 10:19 a.m. A caller said a former business associate was making escalated demands to be paid for work that was not performed.

8/31 12:19 p.m. A caller said a manager put up video surveillance with audio without permission from residents.

8/31 3:57 p.m. A shirtless man was laying facedown near Monroe Parkway and Greenridge Court.

8/31 5:17 p.m. Suspicious looking people were drilling locks near the 5800 block of McEwan Road. They were school district contractors re-keying the school.

8/31 7:46 p.m. A caller said he found a glass jar full of marijuana and a bong near C Avenue and 3rd Street.

8/31 9:36 p.m. A caller said their neighbor was smoking marijuana and refused to stop.

8/31 10:38 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle with a "big, powerful, loud engine" was driving around a cul de sac near the 5600 block of Charles Circle. It turned out the driver was just "showing off" his new Charger.

9/1 12:41 a.m. A caller wished to report "super loud music," people talking loudly and what "sounds like a good time." The people were painting and had their windows open.

9/1 1:34 a.m. A man who was either drunk or high was seen getting in and out of his car near S.W. Firwood Road and S.W. Waluga Drive.

9/1 6:07 a.m. Someone was yelling for help and for someone to get away from them near the 600 block of McVey Avenue.

9/1 8:45 a.m. "Anti-establishment, satanic, anarchist" graffiti was reported near the 13600 block of Kruse Oaks Boulevard.

9/1 10:20 a.m. A suspicious looking man was seen urinating in public and flicking cigarette butts at an undisclosed location.

9/1 12:05 p.m. A suspicious looking man was seen looking at cars near Touchstone and Botticelli.

9/1 12:11 p.m. A caller was concerned about possible abuse/neglect of children.

9/1 4:22 p.m. Kids were recording themselves doing skateboard jumps on tennis courts at an undisclosed location.

9/1 6:20 p.m. A caller said her 13-year-old daughter went to her friend's house across the street and saw a man hiding behind a tree. The man then got into a white van.

9/1 8:35 p.m. A caller saw a vehicle speed into a parking lot and pull up next to another car near the 3400 block of Royce Way. The driver went in both trunks, then "sped away."

9/1 8:56 p.m. A 12-year-old boy got locked out of his home while his parents were out. The parents returned before police arrived.

9/2 12:47 a.m. Two suspicious looking men were sitting in a vehicle near the 50 block of Aquinas.

9/2 3:00 a.m. Someone was heard yelling "Call the police, I'm being attacked," near the 600 block of 1st Street.

9/2 5:16 p.m. A man said he was approached by a solicitor while taking his trash out near the 3000 block of Lakeview Boulevard.

9/2 6:28 p.m. A caller said her ex was threatening to take her son away.

9/2 7:31 p.m. A caller wanted advice on how to get her daughter on a plane to live with her father in another state.

9/2 10:05 p.m. A caller was concerned about her friend who was having problems with her fiancÉ.

9/3 1:12 a.m. Two suspicious looking people were seen "going around" cars near 4th Street and B Avenue.

9/3 7:42 a.m. A caller said they wanted to get rid of a WWII hand grenade in their home.

9/3 1:06 p.m. A caller said they were being stalked by someone who had a history of such behavior.

9/3 1:37 p.m. A grandmother and child were locked in a bedroom.

9/3 5:27 p.m. A suspicious looking person who "seemed out of place" was seen riding a powered scooter near the 2800 block of Greentree Road.

9/3 8:05 p.m. A caller said they received hate mail talking about gay politicians, famous and religious people.

9/3 8:44 p.m. A man was laying on his side on a sidewalk near Eagle Crest Drive and McNary Parkway.

9/4 6:26 a.m. An employee was refusing to leave at an undisclosed location.

9/4 7:52 a.m. A caller said someone stopped in front of their home and took a trash bag out of a can near the 17800 block of Royce Way. They worried the person was looking for financial documents.

9/4 9:59 a.m. A swastika was etched into a pole near the 2500 block of Country Club Road.

9/4 11:29 a.m. Two parents were arguing near the 2500 block of Country Club Road. They were told about school policy expectations regarding visitor conduct.

9/4 11:59 a.m. A caller said someone pulled a knife on them about a month ago.

9/4 5:20 p.m. A caller said they received hate mail with "rambling about spiritual, political and anti-homosexual" beliefs.

9/4 7:14 p.m. A man and woman were heard yelling, children were crying and glass was breaking at an undisclosed location.
