ARRESTS

9/8 2:15 a.m. A 45-year-old man was served a Lake Oswego warrant for failure to appear-parole violation.

ACCIDENTS

9/6 2:07 p.m. A truck hit a median near N State Street and A Avenue. No one was injured.

9/6 4:32 p.m. A bus collided with a car near Country Club Road and Boones Ferry Road. No one was injured.

9/8 11:38 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 17300 block of Holy Names Drive. No one was injured.

9/8 1:51 p.m. An accident was reported near Kerr Parkway and McNary Parkway. An injury was reported.

9/8 5:49 p.m. An accident was reported near the 4300 block of South Shore Boulevard. It was unknown if anyone was injured.

9/9 7:58 a.m. An accident was reported near Kruse Way and Bangy Road. No one was injured.

9/9 8:21 a.m. An accident was reported near Country Club Road and Shireva Drive. No one was injured.

9/10 12:04 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 4500 block of Carman Drive. No one was injured.

9/10 5:42 p.m. An accident was reported near the 6300 block of Meadows Road. No one was injured.

9/10 6:35 p.m. An accident was reported near S.W. Terwilliger Boulevard and S.W. Riverside Drive. No one was injured.

9/11 12:20 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near Bangy Road and Kruse Way. No one was injured.

9/12 10:21 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 6300 block of Meadows Road. No one was injured.

9/12 11:10 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 6300 block of Meadows Road. No one was injured.

THEFTS

9/7 7:06 a.m. A contractor said someone took multiple power tools from a home at an undisclosed location.

9/8 10:54 a.m. An empty purse, sunglasses and possibly a garage door opener were reported stolen from two vehicles near the 300 block of Kenwood Road.

9/8 3:32 p.m. A juvenile was seen trying to break into a school at an undisclosed location.

9/9 9:37 a.m. A briefcase with a laptop, work phone and other items was reported stolen from a vehicle near the 200 block of 3rd Street.

9/9 9:55 a.m. Reward cards, library cards and access cards, all worth roughly $25, were stolen from a vehicle near the 200 block of North Shore Road. Apparently the same thing happened to a neighbor's vehicle and some belongings were found in the neighbor's vehicle.

9/9 6:23 p.m. A caller said she reported a theft about a year ago, but was unhappy with the response and wanted to start again. She said multiple items were stolen from her house while she was in the hospital, and she knew who the thief was.

9/10 8:57 a.m. Comic books, a PlayStation 4, a Nintendo Switch and various games were reported stolen at an undisclosed location.

9/10 12:33 p.m. A checkbook was reported stolen from a vehicle near the 800 block of Lake Forest Drive.

9/12 9:52 a.m. 61 car keys were stolen from a vehicle overnight near the 1200 block of Overlook Drive.

FRAUD

9/9 10:55 a.m. A caller wished to speak with an officer about a possible scam.

9/10 5:06 p.m. A man said someone hacked his computer and he received calls asking for money.

9/11 11:38 a.m. Fraudulent charges were made on a credit card.

MISC.

9/4 9:56 p.m. A caller said they'd heard about a string of burglaries where people cut internet and the power, and their internet just went out.

9/5 6:38 a.m. A suspicious looking person had tools but "doesn't look like a worker" near South Shore Boulevard and McVey Avenue.

9/5 9:51 p.m. A caller said he was walking the night before and someone followed him near S.W. Bonita Road and Bangy Road.

9/5 12:23 p.m. Officers were called to retrieve a lunch from a swarm of bees on behalf of someone who was allergic.

9/5 12:59 p.m. A suspicious looking person with no shirt on was walking in a parking lot near the 14100 block of Bunick Drive.

9/5 2:55 p.m. A caller said they severed ties with a contractor and had been receiving text messages that were increasingly threatening, including one that said "nice new driveway."

9/5 4:04 p.m. A man said his girlfriend's ex-husband threatened to come to his workplace after a recent incident.

9/5 5:18 p.m. A suspicious looking person was seen near the 16300 block of Boones Ferry Road.

9/5 6:23 p.m. A caller was upset about construction workers who were picking up items, "moving things around" and also looking over their fence near Parrish Street and Pine Street.

9/5 7:11 p.m. A caller said a man slapped them in the face.

9/5 9:43 p.m. Teens were seen drinking outside near the 50 block of Kerr Parkway.

9/5 10:18 p.m. A caller was upset about a child who was left alone "every night" to jump on a trampoline. The person was also angry with the police because they "don't do their jobs."

9/6 12:40 a.m. A caller said a neighbor was yelling for help.

9/6 8:38 a.m. A caller said a "strange man" was standing in front of a bus stop near the 2500 block of Country Club Road.

9/6 10:27 a.m. A nurse was concerned about a possible home invasion after arriving at a property and finding the front door open. It turned out the home's occupant was with a caregiver and the door hadn't been closed all the way.

9/6 2:00 p.m. A caller wanted to discuss social media posts telling others how to vote on a proposed annexation.

9/6 3:16 p.m. A child custody dispute was reported.

9/6 3:29 p.m. A caller said someone they knew was leaving harassing and threatening notes on their car while they were at work.

9/6 4:05 p.m. Screaming was heard near Pacific Highway and Glenmorrie Drive.

9/6 4:57 p.m. A suspicious looking person was seen near the 400 block of A Avenue.

9/6 9:34 p.m. A caller said their daughter was at a football game and received a voicemail from someone who said "we know where you live and who you are" and "don't tell anyone." Then they got another message saying "don't tell anyone or we'll find you." Later, the daughter received a text message describing her mom's car, and she said she thought someone was following her and friends when they got pizza earlier in the day.

9/6 10:20 p.m. A resident said a neighbor poured an unknown substance under their welcome mat.

9/7 12:55 a.m. A worker at a desk said people were refusing to quiet down.

9/7 1:16 a.m. A suspicious looking person was reported near the 100 block of N State Street.

9/7 7:11 a.m. A caller believed she heard a gunshot in an undisclosed area.

9/7 8:09 a.m. A resident said they'd heard two gunshots since 7 a.m. and that they may have been coming from a construction site, but didn't sound like construction.

9/7 11:06 a.m. A caller had questions about a custody issue from the day before.

9/7 11:30 a.m. A resident followed up about threatening calls their daughter was receiving. This time, the person said "I can tell there's an ambulance at your house right now," and this was true.

9/7 12:17 p.m. A caller said they took items to their daughter's friend's house, and could not fit all of the belongings in their vehicle. The friend then threatened to take the caller to court.

9/7 5:11 p.m. A resident found two chickens in her backyard near the 16100 block of Nola Court.

9/7 6:35 p.m. A suspicious looking white van was seen near the 15800 block of Boones Ferry Road.

9/7 6:57 p.m. A caller said a juvenile pulled down one of the city's new sculptures and was hitting with a metal rod near the 300 block of 1st Street. The sculpture wasn't damaged.

9/7 6:58 p.m. A child custody dispute was reported.

9/7 8:35 p.m. Loud music was reported near S State Street and McVey Avenue.

9/7 11:05 p.m. A caller said their 14-year-old daughter saw someone with a flashlight shining in her window. It was a man running with his dog.

9/7 11:08 p.m. People were heard yelling at an undisclosed location. They agreed to go to bed.

9/8 1:23 a.m. A suspicious looking man was walking up and down the street near the 400 block of 10th Street.

9/8 1:48 a.m. A caller said they heard a girl scream and "loud talking." Police found all was quiet when they arrived.

9/8 9:15 a.m. A sex crime involving a juvenile was reported.

9/8 10:45 a.m. A caller had questions about paperwork and DMV sales/titles/paperwork.

9/8 12:24 p.m. A vehicle was entered overnight near the 50 block of North Shore Road, but nothing appeared to be missing. Student ID cards and other items were left behind, however.

9/8 4:47 p.m. A vehicle was entered overnight but nothing was taken near the 200 block of 4th Street.

9/8 5:02 p.m. A suspicious looking man was sleeping in a parking lot and tried to come into a restaurant near the 600 block of N State Street.

9/8 8:34 p.m. A suspicious looking person was reported at an undisclosed location.

9/8 10:35 p.m. A caller was concerned about his wife, who usually got home at 8:30 but hadn't arrived yet. The wife said she'd call her husband.

9/9 10:09 a.m. A caller was concerned after noticing a woman standing outside a vehicle holding a large knife near the 1500 block of W Main Street.

9/9 10:15 a.m. A caller asked for police to serve a stalking order against an ex-boyfriend.

9/9 12:29 p.m. A caller was concerned about a woman with a child in a stroller who was panhandling near N State Street and A Avenue.

9/9 1:15 p.m. A psychotherapist said she received a letter that several other psychotherapists had received; the letter was "ranting about satanic behavior" and other issues.

9/9 5:02 p.m. A caller believed their daughter was being stalked.

9/9 6:16 p.m. A caller was concerned after hearing a threat made to providers at an adult foster care home.

9/9 8:47 p.m. A woman said she was bedridden and couldn't find her son, who was taking care of her. They were reconnected by phone.
