ACCIDENTS

9/14 4:32 p.m. Three vehicles collided near A Avenue and 5th Street. No one was injured.

9/14 5:07 p.m. Two vehicles collided near the 17400 block of Stafford Road. No one was injured.

9/14 6:06 p.m. An accident was reported near the 5700 block of Southwood Drive. No one was injured.

9/15 8:39 a.m. An accident was reported near Kruse Way and Carman Drive. It was unknown if anyone was injured.

9/17 3:09 p.m. Two vehicles collided near the 300 block of A Avenue. No one was injured.

9/18 10:56 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 17900 block of Kelok Road. No one was injured.

9/19 9:59 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 16300 block of Boones Ferry Road. No one was injured.

9/19 2:22 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near Goodall Road and Country Club Road. No one was injured.

THEFTS

9/13 5:05 p.m. Items were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle near the 700 block of 1st Street.

9/14 3:01 p.m. Three lug nuts were reported stolen from a truck near the 10 block of Touchstone.

9/16 9:24 a.m. A trash bin was reported stolen near the 800 block of 9th Street.

9/16 11:18 a.m. A handicap placard was taken from a vehicle near the 700 block of 1st Street.

9/16 3:03 p.m. A caller said someone took products off a shelf, then returned them in exchange for a gift card. The person was then trying to sell the gift card for cash outside.

9/16 5:19 p.m. A small hatchet worth about $20 was reported stolen near the 50 block of State Street.

9/17 12:34 p.m. A package valued at $35 was reported stolen near the 100 block of E Avenue.

9/17 1:57 p.m. People tried to leave an establishment without paying near the 11800 block of Kerr Parkway.

9/17 6:08 p.m. Razors were reported stolen from a store near the 400 block of A Avenue.

9/18 11:54 a.m. Golf clubs and a briefcase with a laptop, with a total value of $3,000, were stolen from an unlocked vehicle near the 4800 block of Meadows Road.

9/18 12:30 p.m. Checks were stolen and cashed for a total of $4,850.

9/18 8:18 p.m. A front license plate was stolen near the 13700 block of Melrose Place.

STOLEN VEHICLES

9/13 9:04 a.m. A vehicle was reported stolen near the 10 block of Jefferson Parkway.

9/13 2:20 p.m. A vehicle was reported stolen near the 700 block of 1st Street.

FRAUD

9/14 4:23 p.m. A caller said they received an anonymous extortion letter in the mail, asking to send $20 or $100 and threatening to share private information with the caller's wife if they didn't send it.

9/15 6:20 p.m. A caller said someone hacked his credit card and bank account and he lost about $400 in rewards points.

9/16 3:31 p.m. Identification theft was reported.

9/18 11:51 a.m. A man said his credit and debit card were used for purchases of $1,500 at the Apple Store and $2,500 at Best Buy.

9/18 4:29 p.m. A caller believed someone was using her identity via her Social Security number.

9/18 5:38 p.m. A resident said someone used their credit card to buy a $500 phone.

9/19 1:50 p.m. A caller said they wrote a check for a repair person and it was altered before it was cashed.

MISC.

9/9 9:56 p.m. A caller said her ex was calling and texting after being asked to stop, and there was a history of verbal abuse. No one answered when police arrived.

9/9 11:48 p.m. Loud music was reported near the 4600 block of Chelsea Lane.

9/10 2:55 a.m. A suspicious looking man was driving down a street and possibly shining a flashlight into cars near the 5500 block of Kilchurn Avenue.

9/10 10:13 a.m. A caller was having trouble getting information from a teen after they were involved in a car accident.

9/10 3:19 p.m. A caller said her brother sent her multiple emails threatening her and telling her to end her life.

9/10 3:47 p.m. A suspicious looking man entered a building with a handgun, and when he was asked to take it outside, he took the gun out and removed the bullets before saying "it was safe." He eventually took the gun out to his car, and also said he'd been smoking marijuana.

9/10 5:02 p.m. A person wanted to interview an officer for a project.

9/10 7:58 p.m. A resident was upset about a "loud rock group" playing with amplifiers near the 200 block of 1st Street.

9/10 9:03 p.m. A caller said unwanted subjects were using electricity and drinking near the 15200 block of Bangy Road.

9/10 11:28 p.m. A man said he and his 16-year-old daughter were having a dispute.

9/11 3:46 a.m. A man said he was afraid to leave his room because his mom would kill him with a rock.

9/11 10:16 a.m. A caller asked for advice on someone who was leaving harassing notes at her home and in Oregon City.

9/11 11:18 a.m. Suspicious looking people were walking around a parking lot and looking in windows near the 100 block of Church Street.

9/11 11:59 a.m. Suspicious looking vehicles appeared to have been dumped near Cervantes and Jefferson Parkway. Both belonged to people who lived in the area.

9/11 12:56 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was parked and running near North Shore Road and S State Street.

9/11 1:48 p.m. Kids were seen jumping off "the dolphins" near the 300 block of Oswego Pointe Drive.

9/11 4:40 p.m. A caller said their boyfriend was at their sister's apartment and wouldn't leave.

9/11 5:01 p.m. A car window was broken near the 17800 block of Stafford Road.

9/11 5:22 p.m. A caller said a man she was on a date with threatened to rape her and grabbed her arm while she was driving. She stopped the vehicle and pushed him out, but he called and left threatening voicemails.

9/11 7:13 p.m. A man was being aggressive and threatening to beat staff members up at a store near the 400 block of A Avenue.

9/12 6:13 a.m. A caller was concerned a white van was following her while she was walking her dog near the 4500 block of Lower Drive.

9/12 8:57 a.m. A caller said their son was rolling apples across the road and one of them hit someone's truck. That person confronted the kid, and later told him "he was going to pay."

9/12 9:38 a.m. A caller had concerns about students being allowed to smoke and being given smoke breaks during the school day.

9/12 10:51 a.m. A man said he had an item repaired and did not receive all the pieces back. He wanted an officer to come with him to the store because he worried he would "get out of hand." He ended up getting the item back and being fully refunded.

9/12 11:32 a.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was dumped near the 100 block of Foothills Road.

9/12 2:07 p.m. A man wearing a fedora, an "old man shirt" and "old man pants" looked lost near the 1800 block of South Shore Boulevard. He was fine.

9/12 2:42 p.m. A suspicious looking person was seen near the 2500 block of Country Club Road.

9/12 6:03 p.m. A suspicious looking man was yelling at kids on a basketball court near the 500 block of 4th Street.

9/12 9:39 p.m. A caller was out of town and concerned that she hadn't heard from her daughter when they were scheduled to talk. She was OK.

9/12 11:53 p.m. A caller said a man fell off a skateboard and kicked in the door of a bank near the 400 block of A Avenue.

9/13 12:11 a.m. Suspicious looking people were smoking at an undisclosed location.

9/13 8:55 a.m. A suspicious looking man was seen going through garbage cans near the 10 block of Oriole Lane.

9/13 10:12 a.m. Glass on an excavator was broken near the 15500 block of Quarry Road.

9/13 10:16 a.m. A garage door was spray painted near the 17600 block of Mardee Avenue.

9/13 10:42 a.m. A car was broken into near the 10 block of Jefferson Parkway, but it was unclear if anything was stolen.

9/13 1:29 p.m. A caller said her ex was harassing her and her current significant other via email, texts and phone calls.

9/13 3:49 p.m. A suspicious looking person was taking pictures in a building near the 10 block of Centerpointe Drive.

9/13 6:19 p.m. A caller was upset about noise coming from sporting events near the 2500 block of Country Club Road.

9/13 6:51 p.m. A suspicious looking person was walking around and staring in windows near the 400 block of B Avenue.

9/13 7:44 p.m. A caller said vehicles were parking at an undisclosed location, then speeding off and coming back a few minutes later. They suspected a drug deal was taking place.

9/13 7:59 p.m. A caller was concerned about a man sleeping on a bench near Wembley Park Road and Crest Drive.

9/13 9:10 p.m. A resident said bathrooms were "heavily vandalized" near the 400 block of A Avenue.

9/13 10:04 p.m. A caller reported an ongoing issue with people drinking and being loud at a bus stop at an undisclosed location.

9/13 11:00 p.m. A woman was heard screaming and saying "Don't pull my hair" at an undisclosed location.

9/13 11:10 p.m. A man said he was locked in a bathroom at a park.

9/14 12:24 a.m. A loud party was reported near the 2800 block of Brookside Road.

9/14 10:06 a.m. An assault was reported at an undisclosed location.

9/14 10:39 a.m. Kids were skateboarding over metal plates near 3rd Street and A Avenue.

9/14 1:04 p.m. A caller said the night before, they saw multiple vehicles parked near the 200 block of Cervantes and there was activity near a water line, as if people were trying to remove a lock. Also, the caller said almost every night a truck parked outside and ran its engine from midnight until 4 or 5 a.m.

9/14 2:23 p.m. A caller said an ex-business partner sent her ex-boyfriend to the business to "shake them up."

9/14 3:42 p.m. A 15-year-old girl said her mother was abusing her.

9/14 4:50 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle with blue tape blocking the license plates was seen near Wheatherstone and Wheatherstone Place.

9/14 7:55 p.m. A caller said a couple was play fighting, with one holding the other in a headlock, near the 200 block of 1st Street.

9/14 8:50 p.m. A resident said he was accosted in the street but wouldn't provide any more information.

9/14 9:22 p.m. Sisters were fighting at an undisclosed location.

9/14 10:00 p.m. A caller said neighbors were yelling again after an officer just left.

9/15 12:27 a.m. A man and woman were heard yelling at an undisclosed location.

9/15 7:54 a.m. A caller said they received a call of a sexual nature, and their 12-year-old daughter also received a texted photo of a penis.

9/15 10:50 a.m. A caller said a suspicious looking vehicle went by their house twice at an undisclosed location. The driver claimed to be tracking a stolen laptop, but the caller thought they were casing.

9/15 4:32 p.m. A suspicious looking man was talking to himself near Rogers Road and Southwood Drive.

9/15 7:39 p.m. A caller said their 32-year-old daughter was being violent.

9/15 9:17 p.m. A child custody dispute was reported.

9/15 11:00 p.m. A caller said their house was for sale and someone flashed lights in the living room. Police found the area was secure and the light possibly came from a man walking a dog with a headlamp.

9/16 8:10 a.m. A suspected transient was sleeping at the end of a ramp near the 100 block of Foothills Road.

9/16 8:54 a.m. A caller believed a suspicious looking vehicle was waiting for a drug dealer at an undisclosed location.

9/16 9:04 a.m. A grocery cart, large plumbing fixture and electrical box with the wires out were seen near the 400 block of 1st Street.

9/16 9:37 a.m. A caller wanted to speak with an officer about security options after having someone shine a light into the window of the house they had for sale.

9/16 12:23 p.m. A caller reported a tire-slashing near Southwood Drive and Westlake Drive, and said it appeared to be targeted based on an upcoming annexation vote.

9/16 2:28 p.m. A caller said they received a blackmail/extortion letter.

9/16 3:30 p.m. A caller said they received an extortion letter requesting $20,000 in Bitcoin.

9/16 4:35 p.m. Another resident received an extortion letter requesting $20,000 in Bitcoin.

9/16 4:39 p.m. A car was broken into and "trashed" near the 5000 block of Foothills Road.

9/16 5:39 p.m. A resident said he was flagged down by a woman who said she was in danger and asked him to call 911. When he asked why, she was evasive, asked why he needed to know and then said there was a fire. Then the woman left.

9/16 5:40 p.m. A man believed there was a hit out on him and said Washington County would not follow up with him.

9/16 5:44 p.m. A caller was concerned about a woman who told him she had been molesting children, then laughed and walked away.

9/16 6:23 p.m. A caller was heard saying "stop," "stay away" and "call 911," then possibly "why do you …" before the line disconnected.

9/17 10:14 a.m. A suspicious looking person was reported at an undisclosed location.

9/17 10:52 a.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was reported near the 2500 block of Country Club Road.

9/17 12:29 p.m. A caller asked for help after Googling her name and finding information about a criminal history.

9/17 2:05 p.m. A caller believed their son may have stolen cash from them.

9/17 2:42 p.m. A resident said someone was trespassing and defecating on their property's playground at an undisclosed location.

9/17 9:00 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle with no plates had been running with its doors open for 20 minutes near the 4500 block of Kruse Way.

9/17 10:02 p.m. A man was found hiding in a day room and bathroom near the 15200 block of Bangy Road. He said he was "resting."

9/17 10:19 p.m. A caller said the occupants of a truck at an undisclosed location "looked like tweakers." They had been contracted to recycle items.
