10/7 12:42 p.m. A 35-year-old man was lodged on five Lake Oswego municipal court warrants.

ACCIDENTS

10/4 1:17 p.m. A city truck collided with a school bus near Jean Road and Mardee Avenue. No one was injured.

10/4 10:00 p.m. A vehicle drove into a ditch near Goodall Road and Hazel Road. No one was injured.

10/5 12:50 p.m. An accident was reported near Pacific Highway and Holy Names Drive. An injury was reported.

10/5 10:20 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 400 block of N State Street. No one was injured.

10/7 6:55 a.m. An accident was reported near the 1800 block of Country Club Road. No one was injured.

10/7 6:29 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 40 block of Eagle Crest Drive.

10/8 12:27 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 14500 block of Westlake Drive. No one was injured.

10/8 2:44 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 5800 block of Meadows Road. No one was injured.

10/8 8:28 p.m. An accident was reported near 3rd Street and B Avenue. An injury was reported.

10/9 11:14 a.m. An accident was reported near Kruse Way and Kruse Oaks Boulevard. No one was injured.

10/9 12:05 p.m. An accident was reported near A Avenue and N State Street. No one was injured.

10/10 8:12 a.m. An accident was reported near the 2500 block of Country Club Road. An injury was reported.

THEFTS

10/4 10:55 a.m. A theft was reported near the 2500 block of Country Club Road.

10/4 4:43 p.m. A cooler, fishing poles and cordless tools, collectively valued around $3,000, were reported stolen from a garage near the 5000 block of Foothills Road.

10/4 7:06 p.m. A man took a case of beer and walked out of a store near the 400 block of A Avenue.

10/6 6:08 a.m. A burglary was reported near the 17300 block of Bergis Farm Drive.

10/6 2:36 p.m. Clothing items were reported stolen near the 300 block of N State Street.

10/6 3:39 p.m. A purse was stolen from a car that had its window broken near the 600 block of S State Street.

10/7 8:47 a.m. A wheelchair was reported stolen at an undisclosed location.

10/7 5:26 p.m. An expired gift card and a couple packs of gum were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle near the 18000 block of Cardinal Drive.

10/7 9:46 p.m. A bicycle valued at $500 was reported stolen from a backyard near the 600 block of 5th Street.

10/8 10:43 a.m. A generator worth $1,000 was reported stolen from the back of a truck near the 100 block of Foothills Road.

10/8 5:53 p.m. A package was reported stolen from a porch at an undisclosed location.

10/8 10:28 p.m. Three kids stole Juul products from a store near the 17700 block of Pilkington Road.

10/9 1:26 p.m. A coat valued at $225 was stolen near the 300 block of 1st Street.

10/9 3:59 p.m. A multi-purpose knife valued at $20 was stolen from a locked vehicle near the 5000 block of Foothills Drive.

STOLEN VEHICLES

10/5 12:46 a.m. A vehicle was reported stolen at an undisclosed location.

10/7 7:31 a.m. A vehicle was stolen near the 600 block of McVey Avenue.

FRAUD

10/7 11:42 a.m. A caller said she received a package from people who claimed to be from publishers clearing house and it looked like a scam.

10/10 3:20 p.m. Identification theft was reported.

MISC.

9/30 4:30 p.m. A caller said she saw two people throw something over a fence, then jump over the fence near the 4700 block of Hastings Place.

9/30 4:48 p.m. Kids were reaching their hands through the fence at a construction site near Kruse Way and Boones Ferry Road.

9/30 9:25 p.m. A caller said she was having issues with a man stalking her.

9/30 9:33 p.m. A caller said a man asked him for money, and when he said no the person told him to "stay right there," and that he'd be back to show him something that would make him give the money.

9/30 10:27 p.m. A caller said they received a text from an unknown person in Amsterdam who said their mom needed help and there was a man in her house with two guns. The story was false.

10/1 11:19 a.m. A man was seen throwing himself on the ground and then standing up and waving his arms around near Pacific Highway and Glenmorrie Drive.

10/1 11:58 a.m. A caller said a bus driver assaulted a student near Brookhurst Drive and Holy Names Drive.

10/1 1:20 p.m. A caller said her husband's company went public about 10 days ago and their security team wanted them to advise law enforcement because their information was now public.

10/1 1:48 p.m. A resident said they witnessed a drug deal near the 5400 block of Jean Road.

10/1 1:50 p.m. A resident said she bought a vehicle out of state and had questions about the title.

10/1 3:48 p.m. A caller said a neighbor was banging on their front door and garage door because they were upset about loud music.

10/1 6:34 p.m. A suspicious looking person was running between houses and knocking on doors near the 70 block of Touchstone.

10/1 8:41 p.m. A caller said an Uber Eats driver asked him how he was supposed to find an apartment in the dark, then left the food at a clubhouse. When the caller got the food, a boy told him the driver had done something to the food.

10/2 3:52 p.m. Someone was seen smoking marijuana while driving near N State Street and A Avenue.

10/2 4:20 p.m. A man was seen walking with two poles and almost fell into a road near Iron Mountain Boulevard and Chandler Road.

10/2 7:45 p.m. A caller said her ex-husband was refusing to return their kids after visitation.

10/2 9:43 p.m. A resident said a man in a Jeep approached three young boys and convinced them to look at his dog in his car near the 16300 block of Boones Ferry Road.

10/3 10:19 a.m. A caller said they were receiving death threats online, and also reported other posts about her child and friend.

10/3 11:12 a.m. A resident wished to speak with police about something with "international implications" but refused to elaborate with LOCOM.

10/3 11:52 a.m. A resident said they received a call from a man at a rental company and when their plans didn't work out, the man started calling a number of times and at all hours of the day.

10/3 12:02 p.m. A caller said that two weeks ago, a man stole a car and fled the scene — hitting multiple vehicles in the process — near Kerr Parkway and McNary Parkway, and now she could see him again.

10/3 12:22 p.m. A vehicle was keyed near the 500 block of 2nd Street.

10/3 12:40 p.m. A caller had concerns about squatters.

10/3 4:03 p.m. A caller said their neighbor had been taking in squatters who were suspicious and causing a lot of problems.

10/3 4:28 p.m. Two men were yelling at each other and slamming doors in the middle of the street near Cervantes and Nova Court.

10/3 7:52 p.m. A caller said their 15-year-old daughter was aggressive and physical because they took her phone away.

10/3 10:25 p.m. Someone punched a video poker machine and broke the screen near the 11800 block of Kerr Parkway.

10/3 11:08 p.m. A caller said her husband was threatening her.

10/4 7:18 a.m. A resident had third-hand information about someone sleeping on a bench near the 600 block of S State Street.

10/4 8:12 a.m. A caller asked for an officer to review a video she had that appeared to show a cougar. She wanted a second set of eyes before reporting it to ODFW.

10/4 9:08 a.m. A resident said someone from China was contacting her.

10/4 10:12 a.m. A vehicle window was broken near the 2800 block of Overlook Drive.

10/4 11:42 a.m. Two suspicious looking men speared to be smoking marijuana and driving near the 17500 block of Green Bluff Drive.

10/4 11:55 a.m. An employee who'd just quit was refusing to get out of his truck at an undisclosed location.

10/4 11:59 a.m. A caller from Kansas City said he'd terminated an employee several years ago and had been harassed by that person. The caller was concerned for the welfare of his 20-year-old son who was home alone in Lake Oswego.

10/4 2:47 p.m. A man was upset about detour signs that had been thrown in his yard.

10/4 4:07 p.m. A caller said he saw someone on top of someone in a car and believed they were "having relations" near the 14100 block of Bunick Drive.

10/4 4:23 p.m. A caller said someone had been sending threatening messages online for several weeks and the messages were "escalating." Most recently, the person had sent bomb emojis and the caller took that as a direct threat.

10/4 4:50 p.m. A caller was concerned about a friend who she hadn't heard from in a few days. The person was found on their bathroom floor and transported to a hospital.

10/4 5:15 p.m. A caller said an employee and father-in-law were invading property and refusing to leave.

10/4 5:33 p.m. A cat appeared to be stuck on top of a playhouse near the 700 block of Timbeline Drive. The cat was saved.

10/4 6:17 p.m. A man was being aggressive and threatening with employees after someone cut him off and took his beer away.

10/4 8:35 p.m. A man was seen masturbating in a vehicle at an undisclosed location.

10/4 11:17 p.m. At least four juveniles were in a house that was under construction at an undisclosed location.

10/5 12:12 a.m. At least four gun shots were heard near Boones Ferry Road and Washington Court.

10/5 11:27 a.m. A resident said she had a letter for an officer who had been working with her on something.

10/5 12:05 p.m. An open can of pesticide was found in a mailbox near the 15000 block of Davis Lane.

10/5 1:06 p.m. A caller was concerned about their sister after not hearing from her for two weeks.

10/5 1:39 p.m. A man said he was fishing off a dock near the 300 block of Oswego Pointe Drive and someone told him he had to leave since the park

was reserved. The man questioned if he really needed to leave.

10/5 1:56 p.m. A man was seen passed out on a bench near Kruse Way and Westlake Drive.

10/5 2:52 p.m. A caller said after an officer came to talk to him about harassment taking place on social media, the threats had increased. The man believed the harasser was "in his phone."

10/5 2:56 p.m. A caller believed residents were either selling or using drugs at an undisclosed location.

10/5 4:52 p.m. A caller in Canada said his son in Lake Oswego was sending threatening e-mails.

10/5 6:57 p.m. A woman with a bicycle was laying on the sidewalk near the 15800 block of Boones Ferry Road.

10/5 10:45 p.m. Underage drinking was reported at an undisclosed location.

10/6 12:09 a.m. People were intoxicated and fighting at an undisclosed location.

10/6 12:37 a.m. A caller said her 16-year-old son and his friend smelled intoxicated.

10/6 2:21 p.m. A caller said a woman was out by a pool asking people for help, claiming something strange was going on above her apartment.
