ARRESTS

10/12 8:59 p.m. A 57-year-old man was lodged at Washington County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear-third degree theft.

10/14 7:06 a.m. A 42-year-old man was lodged for failure to appear-third degree theft.

ACCIDENTS

10/11 11:58 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 1200 block of Overlook Drive. No one was injured.

10/12 3:52 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 400 block of A Avenue. No one was injured.

10/12 5:53 p.m. An accident was reported near Kruse Way and Carman Drive. It was unknown if anyone was injured.

10/13 4:27 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 12900 block of Sierra Vista Drive.

10/14 11:42 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 1200 block of Overlook Drive. No one was injured.

10/14 3:40 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 700 block of N State Street. No one was injured.

10/14 5:37 p.m. An accident was reported near Del Prado and Jefferson Parkway. No one was injured.

10/15 7:37 a.m. Two vehicles collided near Summit Drive and Lakeview Boulevard. No one was injured.

10/15 7:28 p.m. An accident was reported near the 10 block of Centerpointe Drive. No one was injured.

10/16 4:49 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 5000 block of Lakeview Boulevard. No one was injured.

10/16 8:51 p.m. Two vehicles collided and one went into a ditch near Sunningdale Road and 10th Street. No one was injured.

10/17 3:30 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near McVey Avenue and South Shore Boulevard. It was unknown if anyone was injured.

THEFTS

10/11 10:37 a.m. A package valued at $50 was stolen from a porch near the 700 block of E Avenue.

10/11 4:52 p.m. A theft was reported near the 400 block of A Avenue.

10/13 1:12 p.m. Towels were reported stolen from a laundry room near the 600 block of McVey Avenue.

10/14 4:57 p.m. Mail was reported stolen at an undisclosed location.

10/14 5:07 p.m. Opened outgoing mail was seen stuffed into a newspaper box at an undisclosed location.

10/14 5:22 p.m. Spare change and a house key were stolen from an unlocked vehicle at an undisclosed location.

10/15 6:59 p.m. A theft was reported near the 400 block of A Avenue.

10/16 7:25 p.m. A caller said they lent a cell phone to a friend and the friend was refusing to return it.

10/17 9:06 a.m. An ID and other items were reported stolen from a vehicle near the 1000 block of Sunningdale Road.

10/17 1:50 p.m. A caller said her cellphone and ID were stolen at an airport in Poland.

10/17 9:27 p.m. A theft was reported near the 400 block of A Avenue.

STOLEN VEHICLES

10/14 7:28 a.m. A vehicle was reported stolen at an undisclosed location.

FRAUD

10/11 11:48 a.m. Someone passed three counterfeit $100 bills at a location near the 16100 block of Boones Ferry Road.

10/13 5:36 p.m. A caller said their 16-year-old daughter bought something from "Offer Up" and it turned out to be a bogus pair of AirPods.

10/15 5:01 p.m. A caller said their father clicked on a phishing scheme and someone took over his Verizon account.

MISC.

10/6 3:02 p.m. A suspicious looking man was seeing going through recycling near the 5000 block of Foothills Road.

10/6 11:47 p.m. A caller was concerned after discovering a light on in a bedroom she hadn't used all day. Then, the light turned off. Police found the home was secure.

10/7 12:20 a.m. Two suspicious looking people were standing at a front door at an undisclosed location.

10/7 12:42 a.m. A caller said an item was thrown at his door after police left. He asked if he could use a gun to protect himself, then added that he only mentioned the gun in case the person outside was listening.

10/7 8:54 a.m. A suspicious looking man wearing dirty clothes and carrying a pitchfork was talking to himself while walking near Bryant Road and Boones Ferry Road.

10/7 9:15 a.m. The violation of a restraining order was reported.

10/7 9:15 a.m. A caller believed a female coworker was having sex with underage coworkers.

10/7 9:26 a.m. A caller asked police to check on a woman who hadn't been heard from for some time. The woman was fine.

10/7 9:58 a.m. A caller said a woman was crying and saying she was homeless near the 500 block of 4th Street.

10/7 10:23 a.m. A resident said a dog had been barking for two hours and she was concerned because this was not normal for her neighborhood.

10/7 2:41 p.m. A caller said they received text messages from two different people who threatened to make their phone number go viral.

10/7 5:15 p.m. A man said he was confronted by his ex-wife at the store and he had a restraining order against her.

10/7 6:02 p.m. A caller asked for police to check on his girlfriend who hadn't answered the phone in two days after hip surgery.

10/7 8:31 p.m. A caller said their 5-year-old daughter hid under the bleachers at recess and a teacher grabbed her by the elbow and left a bruise.

10/7 8:33 p.m. A caller said she believed her ex-husband was stalking her after he showed up at 7/11 when she was there.

10/7 11:43 p.m. A caller said she was helping a friend leave a domestic violence situation, and the abuser was texting her.

10/8 5:03 a.m. Someone threw a rock through a glass door near the 600 block of N State Street.

10/8 9:45 a.m. A caller said they heard noises and felt "very scared" at an undisclosed location.

10/8 11:29 a.m. A vehicle was broken into but it was unclear if anything was stolen near the 10 block of Masaryk.

10/8 1:33 p.m. A man said he was picking items up for his mother and discovered his nephew was skipping school. It turned out that wasn't the case.

10/8 2:48 p.m. A caller said she encountered a woman who seemed very upset and claimed to not have a place to sleep.

10/8 4:40 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was seen near the 10 block of Polonius.

10/9 3:12 p.m. A caller said he found the glove compartment and middle console in his unlocked car open but it was unclear if anything was missing near the 5000 block of Foothills Drive.

10/9 6:46 p.m. A caller said every day she could hear neighbors verbally abusing children in their home.

10/9 10:34 p.m. Two drunk people were refusing to leave an undisclosed area.

10/10 8:58 a.m. A suspicious looking blue cooler was seen near the 16200 block of Bryant Road.

10/10 8:58 a.m. A water bottle and lunch bag were found near the 100 block of A Avenue.

10/10 12:00 p.m. A caller said their daughter was being bullied at school and they weren't getting any help from the school.

10/10 1:17 p.m. A man sitting outside of a delivery van "looked impaired somehow." He was locked out and waiting for someone to bring a key.

10/10 1:19 p.m. A suspicious looking man was seen near the 1700 block of Ridgecrest Drive. He was a cable guy.

10/10 1:52 p.m. A resident wanted to talk about a scam call.

10/10 3:14 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was seen near the 14800 block of Kruse Oaks Drive.

10/10 5:17 p.m. A caller believed a man with a warrant was in front of a business near the 400 block of A Avenue.

10/10 5:31 p.m. Two suspicious looking men in as car appeared to be looking at houses near Sierra Vista Drive and Bay Point Drive.

10/11 6:12 a.m. Someone appeared to be sleeping in a vehicle near Indian Creek Drive and Centerwood Street.

10/11 10:06 a.m. A man said he was charged $400 for a towing of his car that he did not authorize.

10/11 4:36 p.m. A Portland resident said he was receiving death threats from someone in Lake Oswego.

10/11 5:53 p.m. A verbal altercation was reported at an undisclosed location.

10/11 6:54 p.m. A domestic incident was reported at an undisclosed location.

10/11 10:24 p.m. A woman was seen falling in the street near the 100 block of N State Street.

10/11 10:59 p.m. Two people were seen pushing each other and one of them fell and appeared to be injured near the 20 block of A Avenue.

10/12 12:50 a.m. People were sitting in a car and swearing loudly at an undisclosed location.

10/12 2:42 a.m. A suspicious looking man was hanging out near the 20 block of A Avenue.

10/12 1:15 p.m. A man was seen waving a chain around near S State Street and McVey Avenue.

10/12 1:17 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was parked and occupied by a woman near the 1100 block of Country Club Road.

10/12 4:13 p.m. Kids were throwing Pepsi bottles and yelling obscenities at people at an undisclosed location.

10/12 5:58 p.m. A woman said her ex was harassing her by text after a breakup, calling her names and saying he hated her.

10/12 9:16 p.m. Kids were running up and down the street and knocking on doors near the 500 block of 10th Street.

10/12 10:35 p.m. A caller said someone was playing "really loud" music at an undisclosed location.

10/13 9:46 a.m. A man was wandering around a cul de sac and looked disoriented at an undisclosed location.

10/13 10:01 a.m. A man looked like he might be trying to steal a vehicle at an undisclosed location.

10/13 2:50 p.m. A caller said someone hit her rear window and shattered it near South Shore Boulevard and Westview Drive. It turned out to be kids shooting a BB gun, and their father said he would pay for the damage.

10/13 4:23 p.m. A suspicious looking person was seen near the 400 block of 4th Street.

10/13 4:30 p.m. A man said police told him to call when he saw someone who didn't live at a location, and he'd just seen women who looked like "they were waiting for something."

10/13 4:30 p.m. A caller was concerned because her dog had been acting strange and barking through a fence for several days. Police found nothing concerning in the backyard.

10/13 8:55 p.m. A caller said their manager was having "some kind of mental break" or had been the victim of a scam. The manager had called and told the person to "take all the money to Walgreens and wire it somewhere" without telling anyone. It turned out the employee had been scammed for $798 in gift cards.

10/13 9:40 p.m. Someone was sleeping behind a restaurant near the 100 block of A Avenue.

10/13 11:38 p.m. A suspicious looking man was sitting in a car near the 16000 block of Boones Ferry Road. The car was blocking a driveway.

10/14 7:32 a.m. A caller was concerned after finding a bicycle near a garage and a door ajar at the back of their house. Nothing was taken.

10/14 7:45 a.m. A vehicle was broken into, but nothing was taken, at an undisclosed location.

10/14 8:53 a.m. A caller said a former employee periodically came in and yelled at customers and employees, telling them not to work there. The person was told not to come to the store and cause a scene.

10/14 12:45 p.m. A vehicle was entered overnight but nothing was taken at an undisclosed location.

10/14 1:04 p.m. Someone appeared to be "shooting up" in

a car at an undisclosed location.

10/14 1:19 p.m. A caller said she told people in a parked car that their lights were on, and one of them was rude to her. She thought it was weird that the car was sitting there.

10/14 6:41 p.m. A suspicious looking man was standing by the door of a business, then ran away when someone exited the business.

10/14 11:16 p.m. A caller was dog sitting and became worried after hearing something upstairs. All was OK.
